Panda Express — Restaurant in Edinburg

I ordered DoorDash, $75 worth of food. I got my order and noticed I was missing the medium shrimp box I ordered for my son. I called and talked to manager Jeremiah. I explained to him the issue which he asked for order number which I could not find. I told him I can not find it. I could hear him taking in background then disconnect or put me on hold. I called back and he stated he found the order but became very rude when I told him he shouldn’t ignore customers and hang up or put on hold when they are talking. He became rude saying he will give me credit. I asked to speak to general manager to which I was refused the name and ability to find out when I could call to speak to him/her. I told him I’ll take the credit but I do not appreciate the lack of service and him refusing to give me the name and good time to call GM. He became argumentative with me over me being upset about not getting my shrimp or information I asked for. I think Jeremiah is very unprofessional as a manager and gives a bad attitude...

We come here at the university location in Edinburgh I wanna Say once a week after a long day of work….. And every time we come, and if Ruth is working, her customer service is excellent From her Knowing the menu, if I have questions, she always had a smile in her face.. Even if it’s so busy, which it normally is around eight or 9 o’clock, that’s when we usually come, No matter what’s going on, a huge line she always goes beyond and make sure everything’s on point. I could be waiting for my order and she will bring it to me. She’ll bring it to other customers. From her saying hello to the people that are coming in, and from her saying thank you when we’re leaving, checking on the tables If everything’s OK make sure the floor is clean it just all around she’s Excellent, And us being business owners and having restaurants she’s a excellent worker five stars all the way around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️….. And we will continue to come here! Thank you, Ruth and all you do it doesn’t...

Saw the bad reviews and had to check it out myself because I couldn't believe how many bad reviews there were! I live super close and had been looking forward to this location opening because I HATE driving to Trenton to go to the other one. I was presently surprised, my first visit was during a slow time,no line in the drive thru, they had everything I wanted and the food came out fast! Quality of the food was AMAZING, better than any other location I have tried,and the staff was very friendly and kind. Figured I must have gotten lucky because like I said... so many bad reviews!! but I went again the next day during a busier time and still got the same great quality and service... so I'm not even sure where those boggus reviews came from. The quality of restaurants in this area is usually sub-par ... but this one doesn't fall into that category 🤷‍♀️ Thanks for the great service and food Panda...
