I cannot recommend this location. Read on if you want to find out why. Otherwise, don't trouble yourself and find another Sonic location.

Sonic app is a must if you plan to frequent this chain. You get perpetual 50% discount on drinks. You also get occasional freebies. However, there is not point system so you cannot accumulate points for rewards.

The food at this location is relatively consistent. Same goes with the drinks. I haven't had a flat or tasteless drink here yet.

I have an issue with how long it take to get my order. I always order from the app, which allows you to specify when you will arrive. And then you would check in to the store once you've parked in spot. However, this doesn't seem to do much for the wait time. They only appear to start preparing your order once you've checked in. And this location gets slow even on off hours. It has taken almost 20 min. at times to just get a drink sometimes. Update: This issue has gotten worse recently. My last visit, I had to leave and request a refund because I was just waiting too long for two drinks. They were not updating the status on screen correctly and I saw many customers waiting for an extended period of time. I did get a call from the manager explaining that they are understaffed, but I don't think I can continue to go to this location if I don't know whether I'll get my order or not.

Overall, I like Sonic when they have discounts. However, if there was another location close to me, I'd try there instead of risking the possibility of waiting an extremely long time...

I just wanna warn people not to hand their debit/credit cards to the carhops. There is or was a male employee who I suspect used my card number via drive thru 2x!! First time there was an attempt to withdraw $200+ but thankfully my card was locked at this time. and some months later I saw a withdrawal from a website that promoted scrapbooks for a monthly subscription of $23 is what the company told me. Fortunately they did return my money after explaining it was fraudulent.

I NEVER hand my card and mainly use Apple Pay. But this day when there was a $200 attempted fraudulent transaction I gave it to a male employee there to pay for my breakfast. I went home where I stayed until that evening when I saw the attempts to use my card. Another time I was told by the employee that the carhop machines weren’t working so he had to take it inside. I felt like I had no choice. 3 days later $23 was used. I do know this person’s name I don’t know if they still work there.. BEWARE when handing your debit or credit cards!! I had not been to a Sonic in years. I had not eaten all day, and by 4 PM, I was hungry. I decided to try something different.

I found one of their few empty spaces and parked. There is a button to push when you're ready to order, so I didn't feel rushed as I went over their menu. I got their burger, fries, and a fountain drink. I wanted to compare it with what other burger places offer.

Honestly, I thought the burger was very good, but not necessarily better than their competitors. The fries were excellent, hot, and crispy, although heavy on the salt.

What makes Sonic unique (besides a few menu items I did not try, such as Coney dogs and slushies) is the service to your car.

The young lady who brought my food was friendly and offered that if I needed anything else to call. So, great service.

Another thing that is different about this Sonic is an outdoor playground for kids and a volleyball court. I wish we had one of these nearby when I was growing up! A great place for families to come if you don't mind sitting in the car or at a picnic table.
