Xnacks — Restaurant in Edinburg

Okay . This is the first time I write a review anywhere never had time and never had received this type of treatment for me to write one . I can’t complain about the price if the food is good but just today I ordered some hot Cheetos with cheese and a raspa . While I was making a turn and I was about to take a bite out of the Hot Cheetos with cheese there’s was a long long hair , it couldn’t be mine because I have short hair . I make a turn thinking I won’t have any issues and I tell one of the guys that there’s a hair in the hot Cheetos he checks and opens the window again and asks if this isn’t my hair making a face .I respectfully told him no , that my hair is not that long he rolls his eyes in front of me and closes the window . He opens it again and tells me that everyone is wearing caps . But I see a lady wearing a cap but with a longgg pony tail I didn’t say anything because I don’t get mad very easily but it was obvious that even tho she was wearing a cap her hair could had gotten in the food because it was really long . I can’t understand why the guy was so upset , if I would had left for 15 minutes that would had been a different story but I literally saw it and took a turn . I have no need wasting my time if I knew it was mine I never like to complain but he literally made me feel really bad . I even asked if that was the owner and he was simply a worker I don’t know why he felt so entitled to give me so...

Usually ok, but extremely slow. Today was no exception. I was behind 6 cars. I was number7. 15 minutes later the first car received their order and left. 2 minutes later 2 more cars drove off & they started to take the order from the car in front of me. They were at the window. Why they hadn't taken their order baffled my mind. I was pinned behind 2 cars or I would have left prior to witnessing this. 2 more minutes & the car in front of me pulled forwards ever so slightly. I went around everyone at this point and left. They were not worthy of my $10.00 or any more of my time. I should bill them as a matter of fact just on principle. They deserve zero stars based on this experience, but it's usually not this slow. DO NOT WALK UP!!! I thought it would be smart since the cars were piling up - nope . The same cars plus 3 passed me up. I finally had to ask when if were going to service me there or if it was better I get back in my car. The lady literally said “ we service the cars first .” 😡 😡 THEN WHY HAVE A WALK UP WINDOW ??!!! I only waited because we really like the manzana loca ( the 3 stars ⭐️) but that’s about it . We might have to look for another place with faster service . This lil place has major potential but they also need to understand customer Efficiency and convenience plus plain common sense logistics -hire more help or get a better assembly line / order delegation .
