Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Edinburg

Worst experience with delivery of my life today! Never have I been more insulted by a "manager" who I will refer to as Mr. Brick Wall, Mr. Brick for short. I work at a school with 2 other schools near by, EACH SCHOOL HAS a SEPEATE ADDRESSES that can easily be googled. Brick wall kept insisting that the address they delivered to was correct yet I said that not only had nobody came but I had multiple office staff who also said that no order ever came in. Brick wall kept insisting his driver was infalible and could not have delivered it because they have been perfect for 2 years! He then put the driver on the line who could not speak a lick of English at all and could not understand me. She also apparently had no memory of what the schools name was that she delivered to! I said please give me the manager, Mr. Brick comes back on the line still insisting that the order was delivered to the right location, saying a Mrs. Jane Doe had signed off on it and I said Mr. Brick I can tell it wasn't delivered to the right address because a Mrs. Jane Doe doesn't work at this school. Mr. Brick still not convinced kept insisting the adress was correct and the delivery location was also correct (It obviously wasn't!). Mr. Brick offer to remake the order I said sure but you need to give me a refund AND my money back for it. Mr. Brick unable to comprehend the request asks why? I say because I never recived my order and my luck break will be over by the time you come back with it so I would not be able to eat said order. No credit order was offered and no solution was given, so I asked for my money back, Mr. Brick was still trying to come up with a lame excuse so I hung up on Mr. Brick after reiterating. Needless to say I will never be ordering from this location again as they hire people who can't comprehend how addresses work and have drivers who can't read English because apparently identifying a school/buisnesses name is to hard of a...

This is the WORSE customer service i have received from any restaurant or store. This pizza hut needs to be under new management badly. When i get to the cashier there is no one there, then the guy comes out of the back, and doesnt say anything at all to me. Im just waiting for him to tell me something, But nothing. Untill i had to talk. This is not the first time, their has been several times with horrible service. Maybe contacting corporate will get their attention. Pizza wasn't even good either. They just don't care, neither does the manager according to other reviews....

Food was delivered fast but the quality is not as great as the other Edinburg locations. I’m peeved that I cannot choose the other University/Sugar Rd location. If you try calling either location you will be transferred to a call center. I had to place an order online and only to find that Parmesan cheese & red crushed pepper has to be specified in “special directions” box. That’s like getting a burger combo and being charged extra for ketchup for your fries. I was on the phone for 52 minutes with no resolve. I’d rather deal with another pizza restaurants in...
