Was looking for a pick me up after a 3hr drive and decided to give this place a shot. I'm not going to heaven but this is where you would get coffee if you were. The halo light fixtures and the white marble look to the place, definetly heavenly. Starbucks would be the temu version of this place cuz I know you were wondering. The ship container coffee station and the brontosaurus skeleton bench and walls really added to the exotic feel of this place. I first went straight for an old favorite and got a white chocolate mocha, and was surprised as it wasn't too sweet. You could taste all the ingredients which was very welcomed compared to straight syrup taste at other places. I then got the apple crumb cake cuz fat boys love cake. It has a nice presentation but a Neanderthal like myself peeled the wrapper off and ate it like a cup cake. The apples were obviously pulled from the serpents tree from the garden of eden. The explosion of real quality fresh apples was pure ecstasy. This was a cake made for the gods. Afterwards as i looked at the mess I made had determined that i should have used a fork and the "wrapper" was more like a container for you to eat out of...Oops. Lastly I had to try out a breakfast croissant with the Turkey sausage, Turkey bacon, eggs and cheese. I love my pig bacon and sausage buuuut..this must be a new hybrid pig Turkey cuz that bacon amd sausage has no business being called Turkey. I took that first bite and decided it was not going to last 30 more seconds outsidemy stomach. Not to mention that flakes of croissant i had all over my shirt. Balls Deep score...

The first time I ever walked into Qargo Coffee in Edinburg, I felt like I was right at home. From the moment I walked in, the management greeted me at the door and treated me like family. They actually took the time to listen to what I wanted—not something you usually get at big corporate places like Starbucks.
Qargo feels different in all the best ways. Their coffee is Italian-style, which sets them apart from most spots in the RGV. You can tell every drink is made with care.
Some of my favorites: ☕️ The Boba Coco Nutty – creamy, smooth, and super refreshing. 🍓 The Mango Dreamsicle and Berry Burst Fusion energy smoothies – packed with flavor and customizable with your preferred protein and milk. 🍵 The matchas are to die for, especially with the banana pudding cold foam (seriously, try it). 🍨 The gelato is amazing, and the Affogato has become one of my all-time favorites. 🔥 The lattes here have some of the best flavor combos I’ve ever tried.
Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is a creative’s paradise—comfortable, relaxing, and full of good vibes.
If you’re still paying premium prices for fast, impersonal coffee, you’re missing out. Qargo is an experience. I’d easily rate this place a solid 9.5 out of 10. Can’t wait...
Read moreSecond time I am treated poorly by the employees. As per the employees the MENU online doesn’t correspond with what they service in the STORE. Which makes no sense when the QR code is on the table and that is the link that opens up. The ingredients it shows on the menu online DO NOT correspond with the how they make the drinks in the store. The girl was extremely rude when simple asking if the drink was made correctly because online it looked nothing alike what was being served. Wanted to then charge me 4$ for a SHOT of milk to try and make my coffee better when I said no I’d suck it up since that’s what I ordered she came back and at least helped with me that charging it as an up charge of milk for only 95 cents. But their entire vibe with the lady’s there is just completely plain out gross. They need to try and be a little more FRIENDLIER. I love their coffee since i discovered them but this whole being completely rude and how the menu with the QR code they HAVE IN STORE ON THE TABLE DO NOT correspond with what they make in store makes...
