I don't have really a complanit about the food, food is great! It's about the service and people working there, i went to the drive thru to order some menudo and chicharron prensado, after waiting long time as always in the drive thru, i get to the speaker to order my food, after that move forwar to pay and wait another almost 15 min o more to be honest, finally get to the window to pay and wait another 3 to 5 min after some young lady open yhe window and told me that they can'n conplete the order because they ran out of menudo!!! I said, what!!!!!???? Why in the hell you guys didn't to tell me about it!!! Then the young lady told me that they found out they ran out of menudo after they put my order in!!! I was so mad!!! And i told her i spend almos 5 min at the speaker!!! You should told me!!! She:s just look at me trying to smile abd said "i'm sorry" and then i told her, what about the chicharrones? And said, oh we have that, you want it? Yesssss!!!! At least to eat something after spend almos 45 in the god damn line for nothing!!! She gave me the chicharrones with out salsa as always!!!! And this is not the first time, there was another when i went inside because of yhe longggg time in the drive thru, i'd order a menudo and some carnitas, when i went to pay they told me i'm gonna a cup of green salsa, i told the girl to give me 2 or 3 little cups of red salsa, she said yhey bot allowed to give more!!! I told her i dont care if i have to pay, give me more red salsa please, she make faces to me like 'whatever', when i get my food at last!!! She didnt give yhe ted salsa and i complaint about it, and told me the same thing, "we are not allowed to give more than one" i told her, i told you to charge me for it, i'm not getting free, i know!!!" She make faces to me again but gave me the salsa, food is great like i said, bit things like that is what make this place look bad!!! I hope they fix these little "things" for they...
Read moreI wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I have to be honest. The food I managed to get was good, but not great even though they are stuffed. Tortillas are ok, but thin and machine made. Staff was friendly, but bad at their job with letting me know what was left.
My problem with this place is their pricing and charging practices. Under federal law, restaurants are allowed to pass on the credit card fees up to 4% BEFORE taxes. This restaurant, like so many others I've checked, are adding the 4% AFTER taxes. I will include my receipt in the picture. At 4%, I should have paid $0.51 extra. They charged me $0.56 extra. Imagine how many nickles, dimes and more they steal like this with every credit card transaction. They are also required by law to publicly disclose that if you use a credit card, they will charge you more. This location has zero signs displaying such information. Stealing is stealing even if only one nickle. And I bet they don't even pay 4% in credit card fees, but they too, charge the max.
Back to the restaurant. Haven't been inside. Just drive-thru. The prices on the menu are wrong. My fajita tacos were $4.50 instead of $4 as the menu stated. They also don't have breakfast hours. Basically stripes style and if they run out of stuff that's it. I came within an hour of closing and the drive-tru girl was literally checking on the meats one by one instead of telling me what they had left. 🤦🏽♂️

We stopped in and instantly understood why there’s a wait. It’s buzzing, packed, and full of energy. Yes, the line was long, but when a place is this slammed and still executes fas well as they did, that says everything. The staff was dialed in, the service was sharp, and even with the rush, it felt like we were genuinely cared for. 🙏🏻
Now let’s talk food: The Chicharrón was crispy perfection, The Carnitas, juicy, tender, and full of rich, savory flavor. Every dish came out hot and beautifully plated, and not a single bite disappointed.
::READ THIS PART THO:: What truly set the experience apart was the owner himself coming by to check in.. and not just for pleasantries, like “everything good” … but to ask how the food tasted, how do we like the place so far AND if there’s anything that WE can think of that they could do better or improve on..
