I went in the store on 1/13/25 at around almost 11 am. I went in to buy E juice, the young lady that works there was not knowledgeable about any of the products. She told me that all the E juices were $30 which was not true because I found this out at the Trenton location. I purchased juice that had a date of 8/23, which was terrible discolored, smelled bad, and made my lips numb, not to mention, ruined a coil I had to replace. I called and the young lady said she would call me back, she did call me back and said the juice should be fine. I had to call the Trenton location to get help. I spoke to Megan at the Trenton location and she immediately contacted a manager and told me to come back in to exchange it. I don’t quite know what is going on with the customer service at the university location but maybe as a suggestion you can send Megan to that location to Train that young lady. Problem was handled, but I live 30 minutes from the Trenton store and had to buy a new coil for my vape.
