Went into this Subway on 1/3/19 at 9:10 PM. Google says it closes at 10PM. I went into this location with my family and the lady already gave a funny look at us because she was counting the register to close. My children sat at a table while I ordered and the lady working there says with an attitude “our dining area is closed because we are closing in 5 mins”. I didn’t know Subway closed at 9:15. I tell her on google it says you guys close at 10 so you guys should fix that if you don’t. So I order my sandwich which I was rushed to do. Then two other customers walk in together and then two other customers together after that. Now she really looks annoyed and rushes me when asking for my toppings. She says AND! After everything I add on my sandwich. Not to mention she makes my sandwich very sloppy. She was very rude and she would have felt disrespected if she walked into a store anyway and they treated her that way. First if you don’t close at 10 then it should be fixed on the site. I used the curbside feature at this Subway and was sitting in my car for 15 minutes passed the "estimated time." I don't have time to just sit there, so I went inside only to find out that the clueless employee had my order bagged up and ready to go, but it was just sitting there as he attended someone else. When I told him I was doing curbside and nobody was bringing my order out he then told me that the machine doesn't "play a sound" when you press the "Im here" button, and that next time I should just call. Yeah, no. Whenever I place a subway order (via food delivery apps) I always do double protein. I have noticed that the double protein (bear in mind they charge more xtra 5$) is never double not even a single. To test this theory out I placed an order from the app, and went to the store and order the same, and voila. So yeah decided to out these lying, scamming pieces of filth so that other can avoid.
