Update: This is not a fake review like the the owner claims it to be. I do not have receipt but I can still prove my purchase him. Manager is never available to talk anyways whenever called. The owner can check any transactions from the past transactions.
Order was on the name of Kavita from March 5th 2021, paid through Apple Pay for the total of $137.50.
I’m pretty sure a person with fake review doesn’t give all these details.
I would rate this restaurant “0” star, but this isn’t possible. I’ve ordered a few times from this place but the last three times I had the worst experience with food as well as service. I ignored first two times and did not complain giving a benefit of doubt. The last time I ordered, it was a party order with two family size biryanis and two appetizers. I specifically asked the biryanis to be Mild to Medium spice level. What I received was tear inducing spiciness. We had to throw away the food as noone was able to eat it and it was too late in the night to call restaurant about it. When I called next day a person named Keshav picked up the phone, he said we can have a complimentary food in next order and even asked our name and number.
Today when I called, a lady picked up. I was trying to explain her the situation but she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence even once. She continued keeping me on hold for a few times, then again the same story. I am trying to explain her the situation and she wouldn’t listen. Moreover she had the audacity to say that someone else called earlier said the same thing and took free food and may be it was us. I asked her to let me talk to the manager or owner but she kept insisting that we have to personally go to the restaurant to do that. She just presumed that I am trying to place another party order for free because she just wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. I was just trying place order for two appetizers.
Never ordering from this place ever again. I would never recommend this place ever to any of my friends. Not after three consecutive bad...
Read moreHave been for dinner yesterday night with family of 5 adults and 1 kid. Ordered food and it was delivered quick and food quality was average, fish was not marinated properly and we really like Gongura mutton of all items. There was party going on in the Party hall, so all the waiters were busy and there was 1 waiter who was serving everyone in the restaurant (let me describe how he looks, 6 feet tall, dark complexion, chubby guy). When we got our food (1 full sizzling hot fish), he didnt bother to serve it. We asked him to serve it politely and he made a face as such cant u guys serve it by urself. We asked him to serve bcoz its whole fish and it will be difficult to cut it. Also my friend who had been to this restaurant before told that they served him before this dish without requesting. When ever we asked him to change plates for main course, he grabbed it and throwed it in their bin by making a loud noise. He did it 2 times like this. He served very badly as if we were eating food for free of cost. If you guys are very busy to look after the party needs then u better close the restaurant for that day. Lately we came to know that there was a Indian Movie celebrity in the party (Shivaji) so they were all just behind him and forgot the customers who come regularly to the restaurant. Celebrity might come once in year or life time but customer come regularly. And coming to Nan/Roti. I asked him how many pieces we get for 1 Roti/Nan, he told just 2 pieces, thinking it will not be sufficient we order more and to be surprised we see 4 pieces for 1 Roti. So he wanted us to order more. Restrooms were not maintained clean, and dont think of washing ur hands in restroom because u need to wash ur hands with freezing cold water. Finally when temparatures were 30F outside the heater was running at 64F, we felt like we were sitting outside. On top of that they were opening and closing the main door very frequently due to party crowd and it made the restaurant feel more cold inside. I would never recommend...

I don’t give 1 star to any restaurants with my reviews, but if possible I give 0 stars for the pathetic food, how the owner handles the customers, and complaints.
We had food at this place many years back and we decided to drive far to try again. I wish I could have seen the reviews and ratings on google before ordering the food.
We ordered Chirala Chilli Mushroom, Ganguly Gobi Vepudu, Mokkajonna 65 (Baby Corn), and Guntur Mirapakai Bajji (Mirchi Bajji). Mushroom chili was OK (we finished it), Baby Corn was the worst and we did not even eat one bite, Gobi Vepudu was equally bad, and Mirapakai Bajji they put a ton of peanuts, it was more peanut chat vs Bajji. We did not eat Baby Corn and asked them to threw it out at the restaurant, and Gobi Vepudu, Mirchi Bajji we put in the trash at home.
When I told the person serving the food about the quality & taste of the food, he brought the chef (I am sure, she is not a skilled chef) and she has no response except listening to our complaint
Later the owner came, explaining the main chef was busy with something else and another lady prepared the food. The owner said they had to replace the fryer, the setting may not be calibrated for proper frying, etc. Customers don't care if the main chef is busy or if you got a piece of new equipment that is not calibrated.
After acknowledging all the issues on their side, the owner even charged me for the Baby Corn which we did not eat a bit , and left it at the restaurant in front of her.
It was funny, while all this was going on, another pick-up customer came to tell the food he took (some pannier stuff) was so bad, he demanded his money back and the owner had to give it.
The restaurant business is all about keeping the customers happy by serving quality food and good service, if they can't manage both.. better they close the business.
Stay away...
