We called at the restaurant at 8:20 pm to place an order for the pick up, Person answered the call says we are closed for the day.. asking him for explanation that your Website says you are open till 9pm. Person answered the call replied.. we have other things to do after 8:30 other than running a restaurant… asked him again to serve the order as you have comfortable time to prepare the order and did let him know I will leave the review for your service.. the reply was goo ahead and do it right now. RUDE service. We ordered pizza on door dash and also got the 2 pizzas with 1 topping and get third free. We order singas all time on door dash and uber and we always get free pie. It is not location based. It’s company based and they don’t indicate they won’t give on door dash. We call and guy just yelled at my wife and degraded her. All reviews about rudeness is true. Pizza quality is really good. But I have concern on how toppings are managed and pricing. I have ordered veg topping pizza and requested to replace mashrooms with hot peppers response was “ you can remove mushrooms and eat we cannot replace if needed can add hot peppers for additional price” this seems to be a kind of odd.
