I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eddie's, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. Two individuals, Janay and Lily, played pivotal roles in making our evening truly memorable.
Firstly, let me commend Janay for their exceptional service. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, they greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Their attentiveness to our needs throughout the evening was impeccable. Janay went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. They offered insightful recommendations from the menu, guiding us through a culinary journey that tantalized our taste buds. Their knowledge of the dishes and ingredients showcased a true passion for their craft. Moreover, their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Janay embodies the epitome of outstanding service, and their dedication undoubtedly enhances the reputation of Eddie's.
What truly stood out was Lily's genuine passion for hospitality. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Despite a bustling restaurant environment, Lily remained composed and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest every step of the way.
Together, Janay and Lily form a dynamic duo that epitomizes the essence of hospitality and gastronomy. Their passion, professionalism, and dedication to their craft are commendable, and they undoubtedly contribute to making Eddie's a culinary destination of choice. My dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the exceptional service and culinary artistry of Janay and Lily. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to savor their hospitality and indulge in their delectable creations once again.
The pickle wings, a stroke of culinary genius, seamlessly marry the tangy zest of pickles with the savory indulgence of chicken wings. With each bite, you're greeted with a burst of flavor that dances on your palate—a perfect balance of tanginess and juiciness that leaves you craving more. The pickling process infuses the wings with a unique depth of flavor, elevating them to a league of their own in the realm of wing perfection.
But wait, it gets even better. Paired with the house-made ranch dressing, these pickle wings transcend into a gastronomic symphony. The creamy richness of the ranch provides a delightful contrast to the tangy kick of the wings, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that is simply irresistible. The house-made ranch is a testament to craftsmanship, boasting a velvety texture and a flavor profile that complements the...
Read moreMy boyfriend specifically wanted to come to Eddie’s for his birthday dinner, I arrived for a 6pm reservation at 5:20pm. The hostess sat me early at a big booth for a reservation of 10. The restaurant manager came to me after I had been sitting there for 15-20 minutes asking me to move, because this table was reserved for a birthday party for 10 people. (which is exactly what our reservation was for) I explained that I had the same reservation but he asked me to move anyways because the other group specifically requested this table. While it was a little frustrating, I complied since there was another table right next to it that could fit our party. My real frustration is with the service we received. I think our waiter was extremely overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had. It was very busy and loud in the restaurant because of the OU game (which unfortunately never made it to the screen because of blackouts). We asked for menus and he told us he would get them for us after he brings drinks, the drinks took a while to get out, then he brings our table 1 menu to look at and explains there is a menu shortage. I would have appreciated him telling us that when we asked so we could have found the menu on our phones or at least been prepared for that. We got the cajun angels appetizer and it was delicious, I had high hopes for the meal. However, my burger was below average. Our waiter did not come to clear appetizer plates or our dinner plates, other waiters who had other tables had to. Our waiter brought us drink refills only once, other waiters had to. There was one waiter that basically just started checking up on us and doing refills for him, because he never really came to our table. The 2nd waiter even made a comment “I am going to talk to your waiter because he is really dropping the ball” I don’t think our waiter intentionally blew us off, I think he was just extremely overwhelmed, but that doesn’t justify terrible service. Right above the table we sat at were these big pipes or something (maybe it was their ventilation system) kept dripping water, i’m assuming from condensation but it kept dripping on few of us and by our food and drinks, which was annoying. The environment of Eddie’s is cool, I think it would be a fun place to go hang out and relax. Sucks that we came in on a crazy day and received the service...
Read moreWe dined here on Friday night and this was our experience and feedback. We arrived at 7 pm and was told it would be a 30 min wait. The restaurant was crowded and the parking situation is a bit messy. They have limited parking options. We went to the bar and had a drink during our wait time. I had a beer ($3) and my wife had a mixed drink, a cherry limeade drink ($9). She enjoyed it but the mixed drinks are over priced. After a short wait we were taken to our table. We started with chips and queso ($8) and some pickle wings. Both appetizers were good but they only give you a small amount of chips with the queso and when I asked for more chips our waitress said it would cost .99 cents. Really? Our entrees included fish and chips, mahi mahi, and the sriracha pasta. The fish and chips and mahi mahi were well received but pricey. The pasta was very spicy and the chicken did not taste great so I only ate about 1/4 of the dish and I was done. It was a pricey entree as well. I was going to try their steak, but the $39 price was too high for a bar and grill/ sports bar. Overall I would list this as an OK restaurant. It’s not good or terrible, but something in between. There are TVs around the bar and the music was loud the entire evening so it was hard to have a conversation with our friends across the table. We were seated under a vent and had constant air blowing on our table which was not enjoyable and we kept fighting off a fly and gnat that would not leave our table. The bartenders were friendly and our waitress was very personable. Their mixed drinks and entree pricing is far above market pricing for a sports bar. The music volume was too loud so difficult to have a conversation. I don’t want to hear pop music when I’m watching sports so that was weird. Overall it is a busy place with a loud atmosphere and it’s trapped between a sports bar and nice restaurant and not sure which way to go. I would not recommend this restaurant nor have any...
