Each week, my husband, kids, and I take turns choosing a place to eat. It was my turn to choose tonight and I had seen a post on FB about how great this place is, so we decided to try it out. The restaurant wasnât super busy, there were a few open tables and many empty bar seats. We started off with the cheese fries. They were absolutely dripping with grease. We blotted them the best we could, but they were inedible. These were the soggiest greasiest fries I have ever tried. Iâm honestly surprised the kitchen was okay with sending them out that way. I ordered a steak with mac and cheese and okra. My three kids ordered the PB&J, the chicken tenders, and a cheeseburger. My husband ordered the Margherita pizza. About 20 minutes after we ordered, the server came by and told us that they were out of the ingredients for the pizza. I have no idea why it took 20 minutes to tell us that. Either our server didnât ring in our food for a while or the kitchen forgot to 86 something. My husband decided not to order anything else because he didnât want our food to get held back in the kitchen waiting for his to be made. We told that to the server. About 5 minutes later, she comes back and says âThe kitchen hasnât even started your order yet, you can go ahead and order something else if you want.â We were perplexed as to why our food hadnât even been started yet after this amount of time. He decided to order the pineapple pizza instead. Finally our food comes out. My mac and cheese was missing. I told the food runner this and he disappeared. I was waiting for the server to come check on us so that I could ask for steak sauce. I ate all of the okra and cut my steak up, fed my toddler, and just kept looking around for our server. She finally comes by with my very cold mac and cheese. I asked her for steak sauce and refills because all of our drinks had been empty since before our food came out. My steak was no cold and my family was just about done eating. She comes by with our drink refills and asks if we need anything else. I told her that I still needed steak sauce. She came back with steak sauce. At this point, I was the only person still eating. The mac and cheese was bland, cold, and gross. The steak was okay, the okra was okay, and the kids chicken tenders were good. The pizza, the mac and cheese, the burger, and the PB&J were gross. My oldest who was starving and eats like a horse and is going through puberty took one bite of his burger and couldnât eat it. My husband took a bite of it and agreed that it was nasty. My husband ate about half of his pizza, but really didnât care for it at all. My toddler was happy with the chicken tenders and I would have been happy with the steak had I been able to eat it when it was hot. We stacked our plates, put the card on the table to pay, and waited for our server to bring the check. We paid and left. We will never be back. $110 for this experience. Food is gross, not even mediocre. Service is...

My son really wanted to meet up at this place for his birthday meal. We brought in a table of 5 and we gave it a shot.
First impressions: Typical Sports bar. TVs of various sizes all over the place, each playing a random game of some sort. The place is clean and the people are friendly.
We got seated right away. It was a weeknight so it wasn't busy. Drink orders (a beer and some soft drinks) were taken, brought, and we decided to order some fried pickles to share.
Pickles didn't show. Expeditor/Waitstaff must have taken to another table to fill their order. Waitstaff apologizes and the kitchen makes us another batch that came out to us. It happens. Sometimes the window can be confusing.
This pickles were good.
This is where we should have cut our losses, paid the ticket, and left.
Drinks going dry
We order. Couple steaks, a burger, chicken fry and a Salmon dish.
Time passes and we get our meals. 3 of the 5 plates are wrong and/or incomplete. A 60% failure rate. For instance: One steak was missing a potato and grilled shrimp outright. The potato had to be cooked (!?). The person eating that steak didn't get those items until folks at the table were done with their meals. Again, two other plates had issues on top of this.
Each time the waitstaff returns to the table the first words are "I'm sorry..." and there is another issue.
The FOOD: The 2 orders that were correct were fine. They were cooked as ordered. Nothing really standing out. 7 USD for a skewer of 5 shrimp that we had to wait beyond that of the meal on. Avoid the addons, they aren't worth it. ever.
All this going on and the drinks are dry by this point. At least one person at the table never got a refill. I ordered another beer, a different one which I pointed to on the drink menu, wait staff confirmed and promptly put in a repeat of the last beer I had. It comes, I decline it and the replacement beer. "Please remove it from the ticket." We're pretty much done with our meal at this point. Waiting for the ticket so we can leave. The check finally comes and it's incorrect. They charged me for two beers. At this point, I'm alone at the table as the family had to get home as it was a school night. They'd invested enough time with this as it was.
Eventually I get the ticket. I pay and leave.
We never saw a manager own this and inquire to our table.
We talked about going to this place prior to this (as one does) and we were warned by folks. Everything that we were warned about was spot on. We should have listened and went down the street somewhere else.
There is nothing on this menu that you can't get elsewhere for a similar price. Maybe, if you were to isolate yourself to the bar you would be ok but at this point I'm not sure we'll darken the door again. If it was an "off night" I'd hate to see a breakdown in the middle of a busy dining room.
Folks, this one is...
