The kid who was working the store was a bit rude and didn't seem thrilled to be there. One man asked for some mild sauce since none was stocked out in the dining area. He ultimately left without sauce. My company wanted mild sauce as well so I was determined to mk sure he got what he wanted. So I asked for the sauce and even offered to fill the dining areas stock for him and surprisingly w attitude he said no that the sauce was for the drive thru and offered me to grab what I needed for my meal. So I grabbed the two biggest handfuls that I could and filled the dining areas stock after tkn what I needed for my meal so that at least the next two or three customers wouldn't hv to be hit w his annoyed attitude when asked for the sauce. The tables were all messy so we sat at the one that looked the least messy. I imagine it must be harder to run a store w only two or three ppl wkn at one time but when ur understaffed that is especially when you need to hv outstanding customer service to compensate for the lack of everything else. Read moreI will preface this by starting that I was not feeling well prior to placing my order. I thought that placing an online order on the Taco Bell app for easy pick up via the drive-thru. Order placed without a hitch.
Once I arrive at the place, I give them my name for the order and pull up to the window as they requested. They give me the beverage and ask if I wouldn't mind coming inside as the lady at the window was the only person present. I'm already not pleased about this prospect but I'm not going to take out my frustrations on the worker because MANAGEMENT COULDN'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR SCHEDULING business properly.
After a few mins they bring out my bag. A quick scan and all seems okay. As I come out of the building, there is a long line of cars in the drive-thru, capped at the end with a sandwich board directing online orders to come inside. DON'T OFFER A SERVICE ONLINE THAT YOU CAN'T FULFILL IN PERSON.
I get home and start opening the bag and find that there are two items missing entirely. This one can be blamed on staff. THE ONLINE ORDER WAS CORRECTLY SET SO THAT NOTHING WOULD BE MISSING.

Read moreI've held off on writing a review but it's reached a point where something goes wrong every time I go to this Taco Bell. Forgotten items in my meals is somehow the least of my problems. I often order online but I've stopped considering each time I show up for my order there's a sign in the drive thru saying to go inside for mobile orders. And yet the store is locked every single time. The hours are unreliable seeing as they close whenever they feel like it. If I manage to show up and they're open I could end up waiting close to 40 min for a single meal. As terrible as this is, it's still not the worst part. I had a bag of chips with nacho cheese and the chips tasted like bleach. I've since stopped ordering chips and instead have chosen the cinnamon twists. Today I could smell the chemicals on the cinnamon twists before I even ate one. It tasted like a swimming pool. Something is seriously wrong with this Taco Bell location.
