I was helped by the associate Kaycee. She was very helpful and helped me with everything I came into the store for and more.

Originally, I had just planned on coming in for toys for my dog. She helped me find good toys that have been popular with other dogs. She also gave my dog some sample treats which was really nice.

Beyond the toys, she really helped me out with grooming supplies. I had been interested in a furminator for a while and she helped me pick out the right size as well as spoke about their benefits in comparison to similar grooming tools. She also helped me pick out better nail clippers as the ones I had bought from another store startle my dog too much. Lastly, she helped me pick out some good dog shampoo based on her experience with her pets and other customers experience.

I have been shopping at the Edmonds All The Best for over four years now. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Today I arrived at the store as the clocked ticked to 7pm. The person inside walked behind the counter and saw me at the door. I looked at my watch and at her, but she did not respond. I was bummed I missed it by LITERALLY five to ten seconds. In fact, I had time to walk to my car, and because I thought I would try once more, I drove to the door, got out and beckoned to the staff (it was still EXACTLY 7pm!). She just looked at me and shook her head, as the clock ticked to 7:01. I guess I am surprised that I was turned away like that - I certainly would have let me in to buy ONE bag of food. My husband and I have been shopping at All The Best since we adopted our sweet pup, Santana, in 2012. We have always been assisted by a knowledgeable, friendly staff and the selection of food, treats and products is great. I’m writing, today, because I think exceptional customer service should be called out. We purchased a bed for our boy, 6 months ago. Part of the seam stitching came apart. We were going to accept the bed’s fate (a good brand), but, I reached out to ATB and, immediately, was assisted by Owen. “No problem” was the response!
