My name is Robert Black and I am the Owner Of Hawaiian Construction LLC. Few years ago I was doimg a job in Edmonds and was looking for a place to eat lunch. I went I to the Ranch 99 Store on Highway 99 and I saw the Pacific Herb Store. Being I also grew up in Hawaii I also love Chinese Preserved Fruits. We call it "SEE MOI" back home.

That is when I discovered Pacific Herbs Store. My mouth was just watering seeing all my favorite Dried Plumbs, Ginger, Lemon Peel and so on. That was about I think 15 years ago since I first went tgere or even more. I always go to this store for all my "See Moi" as we say and call it in Hawaii. I am there just like clock work every 2 weeks buying my favorite preserves. All the people there are very nice to me as well. At first they were all surprised to see me coming in the store and buying those seeds I just grew up loving to eat to this day. Now when I come in they are used to me. All the people there at Pacific Herbs Store always treated me very nice and welcomed each time I was there. When my shoulder amd back stsrtes to get real sore and I grew up also using Chinese Medicine for healing from my grandmother who is Hawaiian Chinese. So the people at thhe store also help me get what I needes for my pain and their recommendations did help me out. I would always tell people about Pacific Herbs Store and I mention to all my friends from Hawaii as well. But I do stock up every couple weeks like clock work. Best prices amd all tge people are so nice and welcomes everyone there. I just wanted to let everyone e know out there and especially people go there and stock up like I do. You will not regret.it. Edmond store. I was totally shocked and appalled yesterday. I went there to get the dry plums. I usually bag them myself out from the glass jar. Yesterday there were two ladies there. They didn't let me do it on my own. One lady was helping me. She drops many on the floor. I bought over three pounds of 6 different flavors for my upcoming long road trip. After I told her what I wanted I walk away and looked at different things. I turned around and saw her picked up the the one she dropped on the dirty floor and put them in the bag she was filling up for me. I went over and told her what I saw. She vehemently denied in very loud voice. I was shocked. She kept denying it on her way to the counter to rang me out. I paid for them and took it home. Now I can't bring myself to eat them. Grossing me out.

I frequently visit there for various herbs and tea for the last 10 years. I doubted I will go back...

I went here to find Chinese medicine to help my grandma. I spoke to Mindy, who gave me her full attention and cared about what I was there for.

I explained all the herbs I wanted and she was very honest and thoughtful with me and my concern for my grandma. She helped me find a topical pain reliever instead because she said the herbs might be too strong for someone my grandma’s age.
