Below, you can see my original review of this store, but I am needing to change what I said after today. My review of the store and manager Joseph changed entirely today.
I purchased a phone prior to coming to the store and needed help setting it up and had such a good experience that I decided to drive more than thirty minutes just to talk to someone at this store.
There was one woman ahead of me who was having trouble logging into her Verizon account due to her email not being recognized by Verizon. He was with her at least fifteen minutes while I was there, letting her struggle with the problem instead of doing everything he could to help. This was not the same experience I had last time with him (manager: Joseph), so this was disconcerting. Eventually, he dismissed her without so much as an apology for being unable to help her.
Then comes my issue. My new phone had no SIM card, and I was trying to buy one. He demanded I pay for a setup fee along with the card before telling me my phone was no good, and I needed to buy a new one from him retailing at almost $2000. I declined, but he kept trying to push me to buy phones that were $1000 until I left.
I came home and was able to resolve the issue on my own. The phone works great, and him saying it was not a good phone was 100% false.
I would give Joseph negative stars, if I could, due to how poorly he treated me and someone I never met before.
If the manager of the store only wants a single, immediate sale, then they don't care about their customers. Don't go here. You'll get someone pushing for a hard sale, not someone who actually wants to make sure you get what you pay for.
Avoid them like the plague.
My wife's phone was beginning to have battery issues. We chose a phone at this location, and there was a hardware error on the phone during activation. The store manager drove 20+ minutes (each direction) to get us a replacement. We worked with all three employees on shift and were treated with fast, friendly, and efficient service to ensure our expectations were exceeded. I would drive from California to work with this team again, if necessary. Their performance was impeccable.

I came in to get a replacement phone when mine broke, and although they didn't have the model I wanted in stock, the manager was able to locate one at another store and have it brought over right away. They also took the time to transfer my data from the old phone and apply a protective shield on the new phone screen. And even though the transfer was slow and took us past closing time, they didn't rush us out the door or make us feel like we were a nuisance for making them stay. My family's been coming here for years because they know they'll get good service compared to other nearby options--the manager Joseph helped us out personally--so that might have been a factor but they also seemed to treat everyone with the same level of courtesy and thoroughness, whether they were Asian or not (they're located in a strip mall with many Korean customers who can be quite demanding). At the same time, their service quality is probably no secret, so expect to wait or make an appointment if they're busy. Even though I did have to wait, I prefer having the peace of mind knowing that my phone was set up properly and that I'll be taken care of if anything ever goes wrong. Thanks...

Since i was, they went through all the options and never forced me into anything or glorified an expensive phone for me to get which many retailers around lynnwood tried to āfinesseā me in the past years. After going through all my options i finally chose the Iphone 8 and the color and storage and was shocked when Joseph went to the inventory and just brought it out to upgrade right away. While i was setting up my new black iphone 8 another employee, Ryan, helped me possibly get an ipad pro, which was even easier since i had one in mind a 10.5 inch gold ipad pro, and simply ordered one and added it to my current plan. It was that easy. So in about an hour i walked out with the all new iphone 8 with a scooch case and an order for the ipad pro which will come in within a week. Ive had many more oustanding customer service from this retailer and Joseph himself and will continue to come here. Also there is a pho restaurant and a sushi restaurant if you ever upgrade your phone here and the transfer takes a long time which i did and the timing...
