First off I love a few of the workers so this has nothing to do for them. The drive thru girl is an Actual Angel and a few other employees are so nice. But every single time I come here I ask for a grilled cheese. I am VEGETARIAN. That is a VEGETARIAN item. Every single time I get the grilled cheese, it has meat from the grill on it, when they cut it there’s meat pieces on it, there was one time where a huge chunk of meat was just on the grilled cheese. Right in the center. When I went thru the drive thru last time I asked the guy to make sure there wasn’t meat on the grilled cheese, to which he replied “there isn’t, it’s vegetarian” and my partner said “I know, but there’s actual meat from the grill on the grilled cheese every time” and the guy visibly got agitated and sighed and said “I’ll ask them not too” and there STILL was. If someone is allergic to something, the proper care is given to not have those ingredients given to the customer, but suddenly when someone’s a vegetarian, it’s a joke and it’s not taken seriously? I’ll be looking into the legality of this, because it’s ridiculous, I ask so nicely and I’m mocked. Today when i got food the fries were underdone and cold, and the grilled cheese tasted like meat from the grill with meat on it where they cut. The ice cream was good, but I feel I literally took money and just threw it in the trash because I couldn’t eat any of the food. I’m really upset about this because I don’t eat out much and money is valuable to me. All I wanted was a little treat and I should of known better. I give up officially on culvers and will not be...
Read moreI just recently discovered Culver's in this last 6 months and had lived in this area for 4 years. My first visit I was amazed as to how patient they were as I was ordering through the Drive thru. I had no clue as to what anything was or how it was made nor did I know about their concrete mixers at the time. I apologized as to how long it took me to decided and for them helping me. So I finally finished my order and got to the window they said you know what? It's on the house......What? yes its free so don't worry. WOW! I said of course are you sure? LOL as I was in a sort of shock. The food was great and proportion great and those concrete mixers.......oh my YUMMY!!! So now almost twice a week we go and get two mixers as our retreat. Oh and they use real milk lol not many places so that. Also one day I went in it must have been their rush hour dinner but I had some questions about their pints you can buy and take home. The guy sat their and talked with me for about 3-4 minutes and didn't seemed rushed or said could you please wait or anything I came first........... Culver's is my new love.Just don't tell the...
Read moreUnacceptable Customer Service Attempted to call Culver's Edwardsville, IL, Old Troy Road location five times to notify them of missing food from my $47.50 order. Phone just rang until it disconnected. Went the following week, and spoke with Manager Stephen at drive thru. Stephen displayed unacceptable behavior to include closing the service window in my face while we were discussing a resolution to the error, chastising me for not continuing to call the facility until I reached someone to report the discrepancy, and failed to even offer me a free beverage, dessert, or gift card for my time, gas, and inconvenience making an additional trip. Manager finally offered to comp me the food I had already paid for a week ago. It took turning off my car engine at the drive thru window refusing to move until I get my food or refund before the manager decided upon a resolution!! Suggest this Manager receives additional customer...
