Bought 3 clear glass lidded square mason jars here on Saturday for $4.99 a piece. Took them home noticed the one jar had a hole in the bottom corner. The very next day I bring the one with the hole back in to return it, the cashier sees the hole and immediately calls the manager. The manager comes up tells me they don't take back broken glass, and they won't accept it. I tell her that's how I bought it, and they need to take it back. She tells me it's not possible that I bought it that way because "we don't sell broken glass." I held the jar up with the hole away from her and asked if she could see it, and she said "No." I put the jar back down and said "That's how I bought it." She tells me not to raise my voice, because she's "trying to make it right." I tell her "No you aren't, you just told me you wouldn't take it back." She repeated "We don't sell broken glass." I told her "You just told me you couldn't see the hole when I held it up." She said "I could see it through the jar." I corrected her saying "When I asked if you could see the hole, the answer you gave was 'No." She finally told the cashier to accept the return. The gall of this woman would make you think they were taking the return out of her paycheck... Acting like it was an impossibility that a see-through glass jar with a see-through hole sold with two other glass jars wouldn't have been detected 100% of the time by a cashier that's probably...

I needed a pot for an indoor tree. Hubby suggested I try here first since I wanted something decorative.

They had a huge selection that complemented any style. The only thing is they didnt have the trays that go under the pots to catch water. Other than that we were very pleased with the number of options.

Every time I’ve recently shopped here the employees are rude. The cashiers have a haughty attitude (which I always find particularly strange considering I’m shopping in a discount home decor store, not somewhere high end). The store is extremely cluttered, despite the fact that there are always many employees working on the floor re arranging (who make you feel like you’re in their way while trying to shop). I’m not sure how a retail store can operate with this attitude that customers are a burden. Any discounts on the products here aren’t worth the sub par experience. I’ll be happy to shop at Kirkland’s or elsewhere...
