Maurices — Local services in Edwardsville

Until yesterday, I had only briefly been in a Maurice's Store once and that was well over ten years ago. However, I recently saw the Maurice's website and noticed several darling tops so I decided to check out the local Edwardsville, IL store in person.

From the moment I was greeted at the door through the time I was walking out the door with my purchases, it was an entirely pleasant and uplifting experience!!

Throughout my time there, I had contact with probably 4 or 5 sales associates. Each and everyone one of them was authentically kind, attentive, helpful and professional!! They assisted me in finding my size, and also helped search for a few items that I'd seen online.

I was surprised and impressed when I went into the dressing room they were holding for me, (with my name on the door's dry erase board) to see that the girls had created about 6 different outfits in my sizes with accessories and all. Everything was handled in a most professional way, I never felt pressured to buy a single thing!! However, I did end up buying a couple terrific tops!! I even went home and ordered more items online! I could have had them delivered to my home "or" store, both free of charge, but I chose the store because I found the high level of customer service at this store both helpful and refreshing!! If this keeps up, they'll have found a long time...

I've been shopping here for years. They have everything from jeans, graphic tees, and hoodies to business professional attire. You can also get an entire outfit here. They have bras and panties, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. They even have winter coats and other seasonal items when appropriate. They have lots of dressing rooms that they put your name on a pretty mirror type thing with a dry erase marker as well as a three-sided mirror set up. Dressing rooms are plenty roomy and there is a sitting area for guests. The employees have ALWAYS been above and beyond helpful and friendly. Also excited to go and happy to go back. I love the way the clothes fit me. Service is great. Always willing to help you find things. The music is way too loud. There have been times I've had to leave without buying because it's so loud. When asked to turn it down,they say they can't because they don't control the volume. It's been so loud we have to almost shout to hear each other. Please make the music back ground not...
