This sucks so bad because I've been coming here for years pretty much everyday with the same cold brew order. There was one staff member I don't see anymore but she always got my coffee ready correctly, ALWAYS, even when my husband would go over and not have a clue what it was to surprise me, she had me! The past two weeks whenever I got a cold brew with that same order it is watered down and doesn't taste like I have any of the flavor shots in it. I switched it up and got the energy ones for a few days because I thought maybe there having some issues with machines and whatnot. I don't know. I work in customer service and sometimes it isn't the service that's the issue but stuff out of their control. Today I got my normal coffee order with a shot of espresso to hopefully add some flavor to it just incase and sure enough, watered down and didn't even look like it had almond milk in it, and no flavor shots were tasted again. I asked for a few packets of sweetener and was brought a cup of liquid sugar. I'm just baffled and like I said, disheartened. The young lady with the blonde hair though that had the long braids is an absolute gem! She's always so dang nice and most days helps me head to work with my head a little higher but nothing worse then when your coffee to start your day is wrong, day after day after day. Read moreStopped last night around 7:15p after a 45 min walk with one motive- one coffee, and two glazed donuts. At the drive through. Coffee ordered, which was good(wasn't mine). The place was called Dunkin' DONUTS before they got too big for their own lousy heads. Use your imagination as to what I actually think they're "dunkin" now since it's not donuts... problem was we ordered the coffee, went to the window, and THEN asked about the donuts... First, the employee spun around and said something like, "Do we have those?" to the others. I don't know what the actual answer was, but then we were informed that they don't do order add ons at the window. So, are you telling me that A. you are one of the most "bada$$y" chains and you don't even keep on hand your most popular items, and B. if I drove around in a circle again I could have actually gotten said donuts?! Mind you, I don't know what the issue was. Can't add to the same credit transaction? START A NEW ONE. Policy to keep the line moving? ZERO CUSTOMERS BESIDES US. Read moreThe worst experience of all at Dunkin' Donuts! I ordered and iced coffee and then asked what kind of muffins they have. There were two choices, coffee cake and blueberry. I chose the former, paid cash, and drove into a parking spot. Opened my bag only to discover a very old, hard stale muffin and no reciept. It had to be at least 4 days old! Went back to the drive thru and explained what happened. I was told, "They did not have time to make fresh muffins today. I replied I did not want another muffin, just my money back." l got to the window and asked for the day shift manager, whose name is Jennifer. I also asked the girl at the drive thru Audriana why she put the muffin in the bag and sold it to me. Her reply, " Did you see me put it in the bag?" Seriously?!? Is this the caliber of people Dunkin' Donuts hire? Jennifer did not even know the district supervisors name when I asked, nor did she tell Audriana to apologize to me for her unnecessary statement.
