Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Edwardsville

I made a mistake and went near closing time and when I got home. No crispys with the meal, 1 sauce for a 3 piece meal. And the chicken wasn't done and fries were soaked. Couldn't pick them up. I called about it cause the meals were 25.00. Learned a lesson. Don't go near closing time cause there are no crispys and the wet food was because of their new plastic to go containers. The heat inside from the meal condensate and has no where to go but the food. Even the workers want the cardboard back. The manager I spoke with was super nice and replaced both meals which was very nice of them. They treat customers well and their food is real good. Just try to eat there if you love far away cause it'll be damp by the time you get home. I love the place, and one visit I wasn't happy with was made better with great customer service. I did the drive thru, but the girl couldn't seem to hear. When she told me the total I knew she didn't catch what I ordered and told her. Once again when I got to the window I asked if she had the 2 for $4 fish tacos and she said no. Then rang up 2 orders and my bill was over $8. I told her I only wanted the 2 taco's for $4. Finally had that straighted out. I ate the 2 fish tacos in the car, as I was taking the 2 piece fish meals home for lunches the next day. As always I am a fan of Long John Silvers fish. I'm sorry to see the one up by the Wyoming Valley Mall close. It's a distance to travel over to Edwardsville, and it was rush hour traffic. So it took me a while to and from that store. Food was good but every customer had to wait and or had issue with an order. Have eaten here in past yrs but ...store is dated ...not as clean as past...check out nozzles on soda dispensers.... Condiments Were not full I was there at 5 o'clock on a Sunday and the ketchup dispenser was empty.... All this leads me to believe there is management failure here.... What their shift managers standards are they should fire them all and start again...
