Cafe 88 — Restaurant in El Cajon

Writing this as a delivery driver. Received an offer to this place and a notification that the order was ready to pick up. When I got there, there was a long line that was not moving and no one would acknowledge me. Since all they had to do was hand me the order, I asked someone if they could hand me the order and they refused and told me I had to wait in line. Very rude. The order was ready and all they had to do was hand to me and the line was long, making their customer who ordered wait longer than necessary. They forget that I represent their customer. If this is the way they treat their customers who order online and drivers who can also be their customer, I will make sure to never eat here or pick up here again and you...

I came in around 8pm and the cashier woman told me that the kinder crepe wouldn't have strawberry and banana because they are out of stock, she asked if I wanted a different fruit which I reserved to some blueberries (only came about 6). Once my crepe came out it was super cold and I had asked to not put too much chocolate which they completed ignored my request.

Also some other customer came in shortly after I got my cold crepe, and they offered to remake hers with strawberries and bananas that they had just got inventory from but didn't offer to ask me... super disappointed and not coming...

Today I got a very bad experience with this store, my kids ordered by phone, when I reached the place, a teenage was running the store and they told me there's no order in my name or phone number, when I returned back home they called me with the same phone number and said "come pick up your order within 15 min", I head to them and I told them this is my second time picking it up, they didn't say sorry or apologized for my inconvenience, just said my total $, they humiliate customers, I don't recommended this store to any one who...
