Younger girl with red hair has no respect for customers and lacks any sense of customer service. She forgot to include the red sauce with my order, but I didn’t mind and returned politely. I asked her at the drive-thru, ‘Excuse me, miss, perhaps you forgot to include the red sauce. May I have one, please?’ She responded by saying that she had already put it with the carne asada fries. I explained that I ordered a California burrito and maybe she forgot to include it. She then asked me to come to the window. When I arrived, she handed me the sauce, but when I thanked her, she didn’t respond and gave me an angry look. I asked if everything was okay, but she just walked away and goes inside. I think this is unacceptable as she has zero communication skills and no sense of customer service. I believe this person needs retraining. Although this is my favorite place, this will be the last time I visit because I don’t want to encounter her again. I'm worried she might tamper with my food or do something else bad...
Read moreUpdate...Its 4/30.. I just found out that they have opened back up after months of being shut down. The food has been excellent, but I noticed twice that the breakfast burrito tasted like fish.. yuck, as well as it smelled fishy. (End of update). I usually am in a hurry to get somewhere and go through the drive thru, but today I went inside and ordered something different than I usually do, I enjoyed fresh brewed coffee, and a breakfast burrito. Both items were not only delicious, but made with very fresh ingredoents. Had the great taste that I expected from Mexican food and I was served with a smile. I loved that they have a lady chef. My only complaint is that it was pretty cold inside. Other than that, the music was lovely, place was clean ant they have tv to enjoy while you wait or eat. An enjoyable experience. I will go...
Read moreMain review: I don't care what anybody says, this is better than any sort of fast food chain. The food is awesome, my usual order for the family: 4 carne asada quesadillas, 2 california burritos, and sometimes i'll throw in a churro.
Service: I love the service here and thats why I feel like it is absolutely necessary to tip the people working here.
Atmosphere/ambience: They always seem happy, they are always cleaning the place, the tables are nice, I never see a drop of food on the floor when i'm there, and it's pleasant there.
Price: Each item here is 15-23 dollars, my usual order for the family is 60-80 dollars depending on who's eating. The prices are usually pretty reasonable for a good amount of food and amazingly tasty food. SALSA IS FREE!
10/10...
