Xtreme Wings — Restaurant in El Cajon

Our office has been ordering lunch from here for years and I am so sorry that I have not written a review yet...(I have been with my company for almost 8 years-ordering almost monthly or at best every two months!) Delicious, excellent portions, fresh, fast, friendly, professional, clean environment! Juan even remembers that I usually order a large Pepsi when I pick up the order! We are so grateful to order locally and have it be just as good this time as the last! Our favorites are the Large Buffalo Chicken Salad (Medium heat,) Large Ranch Dressing (homemade by the way,) Large Buffalo Chicken Fries (Medium heat) and 15 Mango Habanero Boneless Wings (which were surprisingly not the kind of spicy that takes the skin off your tongue...the balance of sweet and spicy was perfect) and all of that feeds 6 of us and there's even a little bit of leftover...mmmmm...so good! Thank you Juan! You feed a hungry, picky crowd and with this meal it is pretty close to silent at lunchtime except for the occasional comments: "Oh my gosh this is so yummy!," "Dang these wings are bomb!" and "MMMMMMM! Thank you for voting for this for lunch today!" We WILL keep coming back! And this guy runs the show too so please...don't forget...

If I could give this place a less than zero I would. This is the wings next to outback steak out on Jamacha. This place has the worst service ever. We tried to order wings for a party, we needed them to be ready by 2pm. When we got there, they hadn’t even started the wings yet, the man at the register looked at me like I was asking something absurd, he said had you come in for a deposit they would have been ready, however he called to confirm with us this morning “ yes we need these by 2pm we can’t be late our party.” He said of course no problem. I had asked him to run my card over the phone and he said it was ok he will ring us when we got there. So we get there and no wings, they hadn’t even started the catering size wings and we have to wait over 20 mins with screaming kids in the car...he could give a rats ass ...we were late... there was zero sense of urgency ...the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. He could have said he forgot and taken some accountability. I will never give this place...

Me and my boyfriend went in this evening and the guy who rang us up was on his cell phone watching something or who even knows but seemed bothered by US enterupting him even tho WE were the costumers just trying to place a order. We sat down and we're seconds from walking out the guy that rang us up was stuffing his face with anything he could find licking his fingers slapping his lips over and over it was disgusting! Two girls walked in to pick u there order and I watched to see how he acted and he did the same with them, not even looking at them handing them their food. They seemed weirded out also. When our food was ready we didn't even wanna touch it after this guy was just licking his fingers in front of us. We didn't even want our food let alone wil...
