This is the first time I ordered here, I ordered by phone and the first thing I noticed, when she took my order, She seemed to be rushing me, and kind of rude. I thought maybe they are busy, but when I got there, place was completely empty. Anyway, I ordered 11 ounce OUTBACK CENTER-CUT SIRLOIN chared on grill with open flam, it was cooked on flat grill, and was not 11oz. I also asked to please add mushrooms. I never got the mushrooms, yet I got charged for them, and I got charged for 11oz. The steak had no char flavor at all, it was bland. I also ordered New fillet sheila, Looked totally different in the picture. All I got was three pieces of strips of meat with Melted cheese That was very bitter and a bunch of fried carrots on top, Tasted horrible for $37.99 JOKE! The only thing. I liked was the rice. I also ordered springs chicken $24.99 It came with mushrooms on it. Another joke. I asked them if they use fresh mushrooms, Or canned? A worker there Nicole, told me fresh Mushroom. It's a joke! came out of a can, a jar or frozen. They think people cannot tell the difference. I also asked them to please put the peppercorn white sauce on the side.They put it on top of chicken, tasted Awful. I think the reason they did not put it in a separate container, is because the portion on the chicken was about 1 tablespoon of the sauce and they didn't want to put more than that. Agian, that's ok since it was horrible. I also ordered plain grilled chicken breast , which was only $8.00 But still I was expecting something bigger than a 3" Chicken breast. it was another joke. The information they gave me. Was false, so I decided to weigh the steak, And sure enough, it was not 11 ounces. My experience, food looked a lot better in the pictures. The food tasted awful and bland, no flavor whatsoever. The pictures I posted makes food look better and bigger than it actually is. It's no wonder they only have 2.8...

This is the third trip since they remodeled, this is my last trip theređ«€đ«€ I have been going to this location for 20 years, they have had various levels of service. We had stopped going due to the fall off in quality of food, service and cleanlinessâŠ
They were closed for several months to remodel the location, we thought we would give it a try, first time was roughâŠ. The drinks are poorly mixed (unless you just like straight alcohol) and the food was not prepared well. We wrote it off as âjust reopeningâ âgetting it dialed inâ ânew staffâ, etc..
We made a second trip about a month later, unfortunately with very similar results. Again, we gave them the pass.
We went again tonightâŠ. Itâs beyond terrible! First off we sat down at the bar to get service as we were going to eat at the bar, the bar tender (lady) would not get eye contact, didnât welcome us, didnât sayâwill be right with youâ basically left us hanging.
We ordered GRILLED SHRIMP, and wings⊠The shrimp was not cooked, was still clear looking, certianly was not grilled! The wings were still pink insideđ„Žđ We sent both back, the lady bartender was obviously irritated⊠I know she did not prepare the meal, it was not a personal affront. The did take the uncooked appetizers off the bill, but at no time did anyone apologize for the issue, instead made us feel inept.
We still tipped 20%⊠itâs not the servers fault. But the cool staff and the manager should be ashamed. Weâre is the owner on a busy Friday nite?

   Read moreLet me start by saying this has always been one of our favorite places to eat, but Sunday 1-7-18 was far below the service I have come to expect while Darrell was manager. When we came in there was no wait so the place wasn't that busy. We sat, ordered drinks and appetizers. So far so good. After appetizers we ordered our meals, I ordered a salad with mine. When my salad came out the waitress asked if we wanted more bread, we said yes and I also asked for more ranch for my salad and also asked if she could take the dirty dishes from appetizers. Three times the busboy had walked by and totally ignored the dishes. We waited and waited, bread and dressing never came out. When are dinner came out I told the waitress we were still waiting for bread and dressing and I asked for sour cream for my potato. My husbands salad was wrong even though i repeated to the waitress twice exactly what we wanted. Steakhouse salad with the vinaigrette, and ranch on the side. As we waited for ranch. bread, sour cream thinking we could just get the vinaigrette when they came back....they never did. I finally got up and asked for a manager after 12 minutes. The manager came to the table and of course apologized and asked what we wanted to do. At this point i just wanted to leave I was so upset. The manager adjusted the bill taking my dinner and my husbands off the bill. Both meals had gone untouched. My sons meal was fine, but other than that comped us nothing. I have to say I'm really disappointed this would have never happened while Darrell was manager. Sad to see the quality of service drop so fast. Having been good solid customers who tend to spend well over $120 anytime we come in and tip well it is just disappointing. Guess we will have to find another place to...
