Tyne Coffee Co. — Restaurant in El Cajon

Today my friends and I decided to visit this coffee shop. I found this place online and was instantly drawn to its high rating, so I was curious to try it😊 I ordered an iced matcha, while my friends had a latte and a flat white. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks—the coffee was excellent, and my matcha was perfectly prepared and super tasty. The service was very polite and fast. I also liked the interior design—it’s unique and stylish, with relaxing music playing in the background. Overall, I had a very positive experience🩷 The only thing I’d love to see improved is the pastry selection. When we visited, there was just one muffin available. It would be great to have some croissants or other baked goods to pair with the drinks. Still, everything else was great. The drinks were delicious, and I can confidently recommend this coffee shop. I’ll definitely be coming back😋 And a special shoutout to the barista—the latte art was beautifully done, and you can tell they’re a true professional who really knows how to make great coffee. It was my second time visiting this place, and I have to say I enjoyed it less this time. I ordered a latte, and unfortunately, it was not made properly — it was extremely hot, to the point where it couldn’t be drunk right away, and the coffee itself tasted quite bitter. We ordered breakfast for delivery on Grubhub and the experience was wonderful. Today I wanted to save money so I chose Chainline Brew Cafe fot its reasonable prices and unique menu. I am a vegetarian and unfortunately the app offered a vegetarian breakfast option but required me to order meat. I did this but left a "no meat" message in the special instructions section. Well, imagine my surprise when a pleasant sounding woman called for clarification on our order! What service! When the order was delivered (in a timely manner) the food exceeded our expectations. This is the SPOT to go in East County - boutique coffee, 3rd wave, hipster coffee - whatever you call it / this place has kind baristas and owners Josh and Selina rock. Space for office work, plugs for your devices, a bench for your kids and a few sweet seating spaces - super close to the highway - and off the main road so it feels quaint. Good vibes. Gives coffee and home vibes.
