McDonald's — Restaurant in El Campo

Let’s get into it. This mcdonald’s needs attention in a lot of areas. When walking in the workers have their personal belongings all on the table. There are customers always walking in getting something they forgot such as drinks, sandwiches, fries ect. Even if they are busy.. food is still not hot or fresh. You have to ask for everything to be made fresh even then they still will grab it out of the yellow colored trays. They started relying on the kiosk too much to where the workers do not even know how to use the register. You cannot fully customize your burger on the kiosk so you have to order at the counter. At this location the kiosk will not take card payments so it serves no purpose. The workers have attitude problems trying to start an argument or situation by walking back and forth to that table where they have their personal belongings and bump you (assault) on purpose. Like I said this location needs attention in so many areas. They also take orders when they cannot fulfill the order causing a back up because they now have to refund your money because they do not have an ingredient as simple as caramel to make a frappe. Well, where do I start with this place? Drive thru, some employees do not repeat the order. Then when you ask them too, they do it with an attitude. Not very professional for this well know establishment 👎 Next, the drive thru window. Very unfriendly faces (frowns) and unprofessional speaking (no people skills). Then at the pickup window, I'm handed my food and drive home to enjoy it. So I think 🤨. I wish it was that easy. But nope, I always have to pull up and unwrap every burger and open every box to make sure my order is correct. Cause when it's not, which is all the time. I then have to walk inside to tell them, then wait for them to fix it. By then my kids fries are cold and soggy. I wish I didn't have to do that. This place needs some major attention from the higher ups!!! Dont even bother talking to the managers here, you wont get no where. The CEO should do some kind of under cover boss to this place. So let me start by saying I hardly have been to this restaurant at all in the last 3 years or so... because of just rather gross situations and stories! But now for the good! I went here today and got the famous Quarter pounder with cheese! And the service was spot on perfect! We walked in just as one of the workers was getting off. I suspect she had already clocked out but what did she do? Kindly took our order, was friendly to us, and got it all right! Thanks! Then when are meal was ready, another one of the workers gave the food to us and said, "Here you go, Mr. Sir!" Wow! How polite! I would like to recommend this place! I definitely wanna go again! Reason for 4 stars Ketchup packets were thrown on top of fries..
