I visited for the first time to try a Rebel energy drink and asked if the Aftershock could be made sugar-free. The employee immediately said no, so I asked about the Double Rainbro and got no response. When I asked which sugar-free flavors were available, I was only told âstrawberry, raspberry.â I figured they might have been sold out of other options, so I went ahead and ordered a strawberry Rebel.
However, once I got further in the drive-thru and saw a physical menu, I noticed multiple sugar-free flavors listed. When another employee brought out my drink, I asked if those flavors on the menu were actually available, and he confirmed they were. I explained the misinformation I received and he was polite and apologetic, explaining that employees were still in training. I understand that, but it was disappointing to realize I could have ordered something different and not have felt limited in options if the first employees had taken a moment to check rather than dismissing my questions with minimal to no responses.

When it was time for her to take our order, there was no one ahead of us so it wouldve been faster to just order at the window. We have been to other Dutch Bros before and youâre supposed to take the orders in zigzag order. She just waited for the cars to drive to her, might as well be inside for that. We asked her if she was understaffed, she said yes, we then asked her if they were hiring. She said no we have enough people. So are you not using your staff properly ??? Why is there 7 people making drinks inside but only 1 outside taking 24 cars orders ??? This location wont be successful with these...

A car comes and cuts thru the cones and drives right up to the window cutting the line.
Instead of the employee at the window making the car drive around and get in line like everyone else, she takes her order and I have to wait for the car that cut to get their order out ahead of me when my order was put in first.
I drive up to the window and my drink was ready for me. Probably had been ready. But I had to wait for the car who cut in line to get theirs first.
