The Jack in the Box on Imperial Ave (next to Metro PCS) is below average. Rated 1 star, due to the fact that ordering and dining inside is a terrible experience. If English is your native language, good luck receiving your order correctly. Best to double check it. When dining inside, you're more than likely to sit by or be approached by a person less fortunate to ask for food or money. People living on the street, come in with their own cups and serve themselves refreshments at the drink kiosk shared by paying customers. There are numerous people that loiter there, and though staff seems to have knowledge of this, they turn a blind eye. Their restrooms are filthy and very neglected. Not the recommended location to take your children. Your best option is just to order drive thru. Would rate higher, but they need much improvement...

Read moreThe people who work here should be ashamed of themselves. I'm giving 1 star not because of the food, ambience, location, but because of the employees who REFUSED service to a homeless man on Sunday, September 7, 2014. The man had cash, he was willing to pay for his food, but, whoever was working REFUSED to take his order. They just shook their head and went about their business. I am appalled at the lack of compassion the employees had for this man. Where is your heart? Your address is 666 N Imperial, well the devil surely...
