Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Centro

You know what's worse than bad service, having the team leader tell you that the order you placed is a double order when it's clearly NOT. I placed two online orders, of course they weren't ready as promised. I also wanted to check the sauce on the wings. It was a combination of different wings. In the past when I've gotten a delivery wings are usually dry. So today I decided to pick the order up and let them know. Wings came out great. However this is a promotion that comes with fries, DOUBLE FRIES. I check the fries to make sure everything was ok. The box was half full. The team leader or manager Diane/Diana, (the one with the hickey on her neck, tacky)anywho...said that's a double order. Nope I don't think so. So I took pictures. She then asks me if it's a door dash order. I mean what difference does that make..? Do they rip off door dash customers with the amount of fries given 🥴 anyway. I placed both order of fries together. That'a a double order. Second picture. Please...

I had lunch here today with three friends. We ordered three drinks, a glass of water, a medium thin, crispy crust pizza, a supreme pizza and we all had the salad bar. The salad bar was very sad. I think all the items were left over from yesterday. The lettuce in the Cesar salad was wilted and brown. The cherry tomatoes were soft and mushy, the sliced cucumber was limp and watery and the chick peas were soft. Terrible! The thin crust pizza was good but the supreme pizza was just ok...... The cook did something strange or different to the crust and it tasted very different from the other times we've ordered it. We had a hard time getting our waitresses attention for soft drink refills but once we did she brought them quickly. This Pizza Hut could do with a make over, which it hasn't had for 20 years. It is very dark, drab and run...

I made a 41.50 order and I only had a 100 dollar bill to pay with I ordered online. I spoke to the manager and informed him that I was a returning customer that only had that amount in a large bill. He informed me that I wouldnt be able to get the order because I did not have 20 bills to pay with. He then saud I would have to cancel my order, yet I still git an email confirmation indicating that my order had gone through and that it had been delivered. With this whole corona virus pandemic i was surprised that he wouldnt budge even though I called after I made the order.....im...
