Literally the best Jack in the Box when it comes to customer service. The staff are so nice and do the best to make your experience a perfect one. One of the female managers put everything I ordered into combos so the price wouldn't be as big. Also, one time they forgot to take down one of my beverage orders so they gave me the beverage for free. The staff talk to you like you're an actual human being and not like they hate being at work. One of the best Jumbo Jack's I've had in a long time. Tasted great, and unlike every other Jack around here, they did not skimp out on the veggies. My burger looked like a burger should for once, not like bread smashed around a patty with the thinnest, smallest piece of lettuce they could find to throw in it. Would have given 5 stars, but 99.9% positive the tacos I ordered were made yesterday and had been sitting under the heat lamp all night. Needed the bathroom code and was standing where you order with the cashier. Team lead was counting money and did not acknowledge me once, he just continued to do what he was doing without paying attention. Team member was also around and did not acknowledge neither even after making eye contact. Customers should come first and if you can’t attend the customer there should be some kind of communication.
