I went today with 2 friends we had some coffee’s walked in where there about 5 minutes just browsing. Until the fitting room employee approached us and told us drinks were not allowed and we had throw them away there in front of her in the trash can. We said we didn’t know but we’d step out of the store to finish them and then come back since they were full. To which she got very agitated and said we were not allowed to do that and we had to throw them away in that moment. I refused and said she could follow us if she wanted but she wouldn’t let us. So we just decided to not listen and leave the store as she was being very rude and unprofessional. That was horrible customer service. I’ve worked retail before and that is definitely not the way to do things. You politely mention your no drinks policy which we genuinely didn’t know about since no one had said anything. Then mention if they would like to finish them they could step out like we wanted or throw it away. You DO NOT stand in their way and force them to throw it out or you don’t let them go. Had never been here before but it was a lot of fun. I tried on half the store trying to find the perfect outfit for my birthday. They sold my mom a whole wardrobe and “forgot to pack 3 pairs of pants” the agents jacked her for 3 pants. We had to drive back 20 min each way just to get our money back and we went to the nearest store and got 3 new pairs of pants that were higher in quality. Such a nightmare.
