I regularly go and buy clothes at Target, I love the specials and never had a complain until yesterday. My husband said if I wanted to tag along with him because he wanted to see the discounts at the store from Xmas articles, I said yes because I wanted to return some merchandise. I was returning the items for a 15.16 refund and saw my son (a special needs 6 years old) going to the exit. I was stressed and upset and the cashier noticed I was in need to go and get my son so she gave me the receipt and money real quick and I just put the money inside my pants pocket and rushed towards my son. I grabbed him and went looking for my husband who was already picking more stuff for the holydays. My son went for some toys, we payed and left the store. After several hours I reached for the refund money and realized it was incomplete, they were just 5.16. I was 10 dollar short. I became infuriated because I felt the cashier took advantage of me worrying about my son...WTH!?! Is this the kind of value you teach...
   Read moreNormally I love everything about Target. I love the items for the home (furniture, paintings, dishes, bedding, etc.), art supplies, office supplies, pet supplies, make up, and so on. But, for some time now, the women's clothes have really disappointed me. First, the store started to carry only unstructured tops. What these loose-fitting tops do is make top-heavy women, like me, look pregnant. I would appreciate tops with structure to them, or tops designed to fit closer to the body. The other thing I was highly disappointed with was what they did with their jeans. They had a wall of Mossimo jeans. They had all the sizes and different fits. I loved it, but then, one day, I noticed it was gone. The selection of jeans now is terrible. There are only jeans with jagged leg openings, holes, or ornate designs.
In short, I sure wish someone would save Target's...
   Read moreWent by for a simple return I asked the lady in customer service (rude and all over the place) for a gift card instead of it getting returned to my card. She then did the return and sent it back to my card. She seemed unfocused and it wasnât even busy that day. She then called a manager to cancel her mistake and had the nerve to say I didnât tell her not to put it back in my card. After that they fixed it and gave me a gift card only for it to give me problems during checkout again and she had to help me out once again for her mistakes. She seems very unprofessional for customer service she even cussed In Spanish under her breath. This isnât even the first incident Iâve had with her. Also Lp if their going to follow me around then make sure to check my bag too lol might as well help...
