Starbucks — Restaurant in El Centro

Im very disappointed at the fact the i ordered for online pick up at this location and was told to go through the drive thru. Ok its 105 in imperial and my vehicles a/c is not working at the time personal problem right,? I get it. What i dont get is what's the purpose of ordering online for pick up when it's not available. Plus the line for the drive thru is a mile long. By the time i get my order its gonna be all mushy and melted. Seriously can someone explain to me what pick up order means?! And not to mention the fact that all the vehicles going through the drive thru all block the parking for pick up orders. Get it...

The staff is pleasant enough, although the decor is lacking the signature natural nature that the Starbucks franchise is known for. Also, when you walk outside it's very Boyz N The Hood & not in a good way. But hey, there is almost nothing i wont endure for a venti chestnut...
