Jamba — Restaurant in El Cerrito

So, my experience with this store is that the customer service is great, the people who work there are professional, but the orange juice isn’t fresh! That’s the only reason I go to Jamba because I like the taste of fresh made juice. They have it out of the fridge and for $10 I can go the grocery store and buy a liter of “fresh squeezed” (not actually fresh of course because it’s been pasteurized and bottled). One of the worst Jamba Juice locations in the Bay. Rude employees, sub-par preparation of smoothies (always runny). They also need to check their social media (Yelp, Google, etc.) to reflect that they do NOT close at 9. Employee actually yelled rudely at me through the door when I tried to ask if they did indeed close at 9 as advertised. I'll be driving out of my way if needed to go to the San Pablo location from now on, where they are always cheerful & courteous, make the perfect consistency smoothies, and clearly & correctly list their hours...

Hi. The girl that was helping me was on her phone while taking my order. She had her phone on the cash register. Tapping away on her screen. She had me repeated my orders as she was not paying attention. After she was done ringing me up she just stood there tapping on her phone without acknowledging the transaction was completed. Made me stood there.
