I recently ventured into the golden arches of McDonald's, not expecting much but secretly hoping for a pleasant surprise. As I entered the fluorescent-lit kingdom of fast food, I couldn't help but feel that I was about to embark on a culinary adventure that was destined to be, well, completely average.

Never again will I go to this location. They have rebuilt and remodeled but still have a very very limited drink selection. I went there to get the limited time spicy nuggets which I just heard over the radio. They said we don't have it anymore. I was there already so I got a meal. In addition to having limited drink options they don't do refills yet have no sign that states that. I will be going to Wendy's from now on where they have over 200 drink selections and free refills. The last time I went through the drive thru they told me to go to the next speaker to place my order, When I got to the next speaker they told me to drive up to the window, where you normally pay, to place my order. I got to that window and they told me to go to the next window, the pick up window, to place my order . I got to the pick up window and they said I can't order at the pick up window, but would make an exception if I paid in cash. The next time I went, months later, they didn't give me sauce for my Nuggets and they gave me an apple pie that should have been thrown out 2 hours prior according to the sticker on the pie. The person on the speakerphone and cashier, is super heavy to ask you what you want, you ask her for something and he cuts off the conversation saying what else? what else ? what else ? that more than an arrogant and impolite way, is an older black woman with a super bad attitude, then my order was never reflected on the screen, I got to the payment window and asked her to please repeat the order to me, she told me everything that you already ordered was on the screen and I told her there was nothing you can repeat my order and with a horrible attitude he made a bad face at me and I approached the machine to put my card ignoring my request to repeat the order, I left immediately and canceled everything, because I have the right to know that I am ordering, and I am not forced to pay for a bad service and they definitely were not going to give me what I ordered because of her attitude, so I did not proceed with my order and left the place, was 01/11/23 at 4:10pm… please hire...
