Do better loss prevention and employees. I should have read the reviews. El cerrito is going downhill because I left oreillys where I had a rude racist experience and the same thing happened here!!!!!! I've been to these stores many times with my toddler, I spent three hundres bucks today but because I have a small backpack purse the whole time ten employees were staring at me and my backpack and giving dirty looks. Noone was kind or said hi, mean mugging me as I left with my purchases. I called to ask a quick question just to be hung up on every time I began to speak. After multiple calls someone finally said hello? and when I began to speak again they said “uhhhhhh” so I replied “Habla ingles?” To which they replied no. Not sure what idiot assigned someone that only speaks Spanish to answer the calls in a predominantly English speaking area……………….. Not that much items they need to restock then the first staff on register was looking down did not greet and ordered me to take the hangers of the clothes after I emptied the cart she said her register shut down did not apologized and ordered me to go to another register so I had to pick up all items and carry back on cart and stand in line .
