Although the facility is quite 🆕, clean, coded, with high end monitoring (surveillance) systems, I still wanted to address my concern re the open ceilings of each units on the second floor, covered only by fence wires (including my own unit). Unethical - they took my phone number without my permission and started soliciting me daily. No respect for personal information!

I called them with a couple of small questions as I was doing research. I never gave them my phone number or email, and I certainly did not give you permission to start solicit me. Nevertheless, they scraped my phone number from the call and started soliciting me daily, calling me 3 times the first week I contacted them. Clearly, you should get people's consent to use their personal info before you start...

The manager, Valerie, assisted me in a very professional and friendly manner. She helped me find the perfect space within the building and was very attentive throughout the entire process.
