Don't place a phone or online order ahead of time unless you like to still wait 20mins once you get there. I don't know why these people refuse to make your order until you arrive. But this is the 3rd time. Last time the lady said it was because I didn't confirm the order when she called, so this time I made sure to answer, she told me 15mins, I purposely waited 30mins to make sure it would be ready but once I arrived he said "they're putting it in now".
