Well she took my order which was a #1 combo but she was rushing me (they where out of curly fries) I told her to give me onion rings she said that will be extra and I was like hmm never mind than she said okay well your total is.... and I was like I have another order told her #2 she told me my total again and ended it with thank you.... I was like 1rst I wasn't done, 2nd we are paying combo prices with no fries, 3rd she didn't even ask me what I wanted to drink. I pulled up and saw her talking with someone in the drive thru socializing ( like hanging out the window twirling her hair and blowing bubbles with her gum) and I was like strike 4... Read moreI'm updating this because of the service that we received after getting the wrong food. We went through the drive thru but when we got home we realized that our sandwiches were wrong. I called and spoke with Savannah. She said that they realized that they handed out the wrong food (and since we didn't want to come back into town) they would remake our food on whatever day we came back in. To me that was customer service!! Yes we received the wrong food but we did not have to argue with them to fix the problem. I failed to get the young man's name when we went in today but they were friendly and didn't act like it was a big deal to fix the problem. I am grateful for the friendly service on both days..... And yes the food was delicious today.

Read moreI was at the Eldorado, Arkansas location around 630 I believe on January 14, 2022. Ordered and got to the drive through and the young girl ran my card and said it was declined. I wondered why it was declined because I was looking at my balance on my mobile banking app and there was no way it shouldn't have went through. But I told her to hold onto the order and I'll be back with the money. Came back and paid cash for it. Look online on my banking app the following day and found out my card wasn't declined.
