Jack in the Box — Restaurant in El Monte

I ordered #14 Chicken strips with curly fries, small coke and 2 tacos. Waited in the drive-thru more than 15 minutes just to get to the window the line barely moving for a drive-thru. After I pay the guy at the window swipes my card and leaves for a few minutes and then comes back and tells me to park in the front and he will bring my order to the parking lot. I wait another 5-10 minutes, at this point I need to get to where im going and the order is taking extremely long! The guy finally comes and says "sweety I almost forgot about you, here you go and leaves". When I look at the food it's entirely a different order, egg rolls, no curly fries...I drove away. I was done and I don't do reviews but this needs to be brought to someone's attention. I paid for food I didn't get. Terrible service at this location. Ordered in drive thru and was asked to confirm at least 3 times but some how they still got it wrong. Got to the window, asked to park out front and wait. They bring food out, no sauce we requested and salad missing. Go inside and they try to tell me I didn't order a salad, I ordered a chicken sandwich. Um... I know what I ordered. For someone that's injured and can barely walk right now it was a terrible experience to have to wait and then walk in and then be treated like an inconvenience and have to stand there for 10 minutes while they find the order, figure out it's wrong, try to charge me for something I already ordered, and then wait... All with an injured leg. It was the shift lead that handled it when I went back in and he acted terribly annoyed and...

The cashier was very polite and helpful despite being swarmed by several customers. The food was very warm but also had a few items missing which were sorted out accordingly. The manager was nowhere to be seen as the front cashier was being overwhelmed. Remarks were heard from the cashier that they could not handle being the only person to help customers. This is unacceptable because it drives the morale into the ground and makes the entire restaurant on edge. Various customers in line walked out because of how long it would take for them to be helped. This place seriously needs more employees to make sure things go smoothly, otherwise don't expect to be open for...
