KFC — Restaurant in El Monte

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from this young lady by the name of Jasmine... As I walked in, she greeted my family and I with her charming personality, paid my bill, got exactly what I needed.

Even though I'm wearing a mask, she recalled/remembered my face from a last year's visit...

She offered me gloves, since I'm so delicate. Wow...

As well as a FRESH order, as I always ask for during my dine-experience.

Employee/Cashier by the name of Jasmine, her memory is like a photogenic computer.

This comment goes out to the Franchise's, Mgt. of this place, Corp. Level people, and the rest of the crew during the shift. Thank you for your kindness, and the rest of the crew were all great. By the way, she's NOT ashamed to clean tables, she runs like a Speedy Gonzales 😂, which in the long run, a big savings for this business/establishment. It's like having TWO = JASMINE'S... "It's a team work"

She was sweeping, cleaning tables, THROWING TRASH AND SHE'S TAKING ORDERS WITH HER HEADSET.

My 79 year old disabled wife has to use a large stand up Walker to get around and I'm a 79 year old100% total and permanently disabled military veteran. I told my wife that I would like to have one of those 2 peace ,$5.00 chicken meals that KFC has been advertising on tv. She has problems trying to put her Walker in & out of her car so if she doesn't think she needs it she leaves it next to our parking spot so that she can use it when she gets back home. Any way she drove to the drive thru window at KFC on the corner of peck road and Ramona in EL MONTE CA. And ordered the advertised $5.00 two piece chicken meal she was told that it was not available at the drive thru window and that if she wanted to get it for the advertised $5.00 price that she would have to drive around front and park her car and walk in to place her order , she told them she couldn't do that and was told that if she wanted to get the same 2 piece chicken meal by ordering it at the drive thru window the would be $9.00 and not the advertised price of $5.00 So she told them no thanks and came back home without anything to eat. What the heck is wrong with KFC'S Pricing policy's this not a good way to treat...

The Doordash from this place sucks bc there's no option for condiments. I tried calling this KFC to ask them & order the 2 apple pies for $1.99 & condiments but no one answers. I even tried texting & calling the Doordash driver to ask also but his lame excuse was he had already past the drive through window when i had texted him right when he got there in line. In the old days KFC would automatically give you butter with your biscuits & ketchup. Who eats biscuits with...
