I waited in line behind 3 customers, only one girl taking orders, another came in and out of the back but did not offer to take an order. When it was my turn they were out of what I wanted and I agreed to wait. A very loud group of 5 teenagers walked in while I was ordering. The other girl came out of the back and proceeded to take THIER order even though another couple was behind me waiting to order. The teenage boy ordered the same pizza I had ordered and was told the same thing I was told, a 5 minute wait. After 5 minutes the girl who took HIS order came out of the back with his pizza, but not mine. Since I had been there first I pointed it out to her and she just stared at me. Then she lied. She said they had ordered over the phone. If that had been the case he would have given his name.... not placed an order when he got to the counter. I consider this to be the height of bad service and a very bad employee. She served her friends first or else serve them first because they were Hispanic, like her, while I am White and the other customers waiting in line behind me were Black.... and that makes her a racist. Read moreThere is no quality control! Manager was rude! I had to go back to the store three (3) times! I ordered 2 very different pizzas to pick up in the portal since it is so convenient, how wrong I was. When I got home the first time I had 2 of the exact same pizzas so I tried to call to have it corrected. I'll admit i had a bad connection so I asked if I needed to bring the pizza back and was told I didn't have to. As soon as I arrived there for the second time who i am assuming was the manager told me with an attitude they couldn't replace the pizza without the original pizza. So I must now go back home and retrieve the pizzas I was told I didn't have to bring back and return to the store for the third time. When I returned I was told the correct pizza was being made but now the pizza I picked up originally is no longer hot. It was a bit funny that both pizzas were actually cold when I got home. What usually is a simple process became an irritating and painful ordeal. I'm sure Little Ceasar's policies doesn't allow for it but I left there with the feeling they did something...
Read moreWent in there to pick up a DoorDash order got there 10 minutes earlier ended up still picking up the order 5 minutes late due to poor customer service. Couldn’t get no help from none of the workers there and the cashier seen me standing with DoorDash backpack on holding my phone by the way saying “Excuse me I’m here to pick up a DoorDash order” just to be told I’ll help you in a minute then the cashier proceeds to help the two customers standing behind in line. When she finally finished with them then she has the nerve to tell me that when I got there I had to put a code in to get the pizza funny thing when I got there, there was no pizza for me to put a code in because she just put the pizza in there after the fact I don’t recommend anyone going to this place especially if your a customer and your being ignored horrible customer...
