Edit: No surprise. I came to review the location, and I had already given it 1star from three years ago. I ordered from this location and didn't receive all my items. When I got to the window, I was given the food items with a handful of bunched up napkins. When I got home there was an item missing. It takes 10minutes one way to get to the store. Having to go back means I lose 40minutes from what is supposed to be a "convenient" trip through a "convenient" app. $4 lost because they bank on people not wanting to be inconvenienced is theft to me.. Refund my money. There's an entire department at Corporate that monitors and deals with transactions. FIX it.. To top it off, the impossible sandwich isn't impossible to believe you are getting fake meat.. My dog makes more solid patties when I take him outside to poop.. Gross..

It’s been five years, started going again due to proximity. Typically fast and my order is always right (yay). So now I’m a regular. FYI Location has an outdoor seating area and no indoor area. Noisy street and a lot of foot traffic.

They gave us our drinks, 1 extra and we asked, did you charge us for 2 or 3 drinks. The said 3, we said, no it was only 2, she asked for the drink back to give us our refund back.
