Dropped by early in one afternoon and ordered an extra-large plate. The staff all had grumpiness written all over their faces, with their matching plus-size physiques, and indifferent demeanors, it felt like fumes were coming out of their eyes and nostrils. Understand it was scorching hot outside, inside though, the air conditioning was blasting. I was disappointed with how poorly it was packaged. The items were thrown haphazardly into a flimsy bag with no padding or protective wrapping. As a result, the container had leaked, and some of the food had spilled out into the bag Not only was this messy and unappetizing, but it also made the food unsafe to eat. I was really disappointed with the lack of care that went into packaging my order, and I don't think I'll be ordering from this restaurant again. If your idea of Italian food is Sparrow in the mall then you'll probably like Yoshinoya. I remember many years ago it was ranked as the best fast food place in Southern California. And for some reason I enjoyed it many years ago but when I tried it recently it just seemed a little tasteless. Maybe it's because of all the Chinese restaurants in the Temple City Arcadia San Gabriel Alhambra area but Yoshinoya just doesn't taste as good as it did before I got to experience real Chinese cuisine.
