Rice Wok Chinese Food — Restaurant in El Monte

What an awful experience. I am a sucker for Chinese food, but this place is absolutely disgusting. First of all, as soon as you enter, it smells like spoiled food and expired meat. I don't know why I proceeded to order even after that. I ordered my 3 item plate, and typically, when you order 3 items, they give you your third item on a separate small container. Well, they didn't do that here. The plates they use only fit the rice, chowmein, and your other 2 items. You can't just force the third item on the same plate. The lady adds the third item to the plate and I told her if she could please add it to a separate container and to please not put it on the same plate because it wasn't going to fit anymore. I also told her not to add it on the same plate because it looks disgusting like that. Who does she think her customers are... dogs!? ANIMALS?! I can't believe this place is still open. I suggest everyone not to come here. If you don't believe me, come try it out...

Very rude ladies working there (like 3 of them). The last time I order take out I didn't get any sauce, napkins, or utensils. Not nice at all the way this lady with short hair asks what you would like to order. She goes with "what you want?" And you can't even ask if she got what you say because she says, "I know, what else?" It makes me feel like if I'm asking for a free meal. And this is not only me, there were 2 more costumers saying the same thing but they were shy to say something in front of her. Not going back, Im gonna tell my friends and family to stop getting food from there because they already experienced the same thing, yes, already happened many times with the other ladies. Rude people. I asked for a mango smoothie, it was 3.68 so I gave her $5.70. Then I waited for my change and she gave me nothing, all she said was "wait the other girls going to make it" .. so I waited and once the other girl gave me the smoothie I asked for the change. And she asked the first girl if she gave it to me, and she lied saying she did. Then assuming I didn't speak they're language, they started calling me a liar and made fun that it was only $2.08. Then a male employee asked what was going on. And once the girls told him he joined them laughing saying "just for $2" . I respected they're place and had my baby eith me so I didn't want to start anything.
