As an Peruvian I am quite unhappy about this restaurant for many reasons. 1. This restaurant does not give off any peruvian vibes it's important because when customers get in they will know that the Title of the restaurant is not for show. 2. They only sell chicken in every plate, like really? This is not Chik-fil-la it's a PERUVIAN restaurant a real Peruvian restaurant will sell other meat pork, beef, and (of course) chicken. Anticuchos in the menu is chicken, wrong anticuchos is roasted beef heart. I understand if u want to be unique, but know that if u want to be a Peruvian restaurant be Peruvian sell authentic Peruvian plates with the right foods. 3. The food has no 'flavor' not saying that it didn't taste good nor that is under or over-cooked but the food had no taste. Having the food take a taste that can make a person remind them of home and others love it on how delicious it. That also included the french fries, it was not french fries just potatoes that were cut in thin slices and fried it was so plain. I believe that even Subway can make better french fries that will taste good. And 4. Seeing on the menu they sell tortilla with the chicken combo. Ok so is this a Peruvian restaurant or a Mexican restaurant? You should'nt be sell tortillas if it is a Peruvian restaurant in Perú even if the people know tortillas nobody will be selling in any restaurant that is Peruvian. To me it looks like this restaurant was built by someone that likes Peruvian food but knows nothing about actual Peruvian restaurant and what they...
Read moreService from the tall, corpulent girl at the front is terrible. She treats you as if you’re an annoyance and are there to rob the store. The tables are dirty so it’s best to call in your order for pick up. Now to the most important part: the chicken. The chicken is very flavorful and juicy, we loved it. We also got rice and fries with our food and both sides were good. The last thing we ordered was an aguadito de pollo, if you are a cilantro lover this is a must! We are, so we loved it! Their aguas frescas selection is limited but they have sodas and other juices available to order. Over all, if you’re okay with being treated poorly by someone who clearly hates their job to have some delicious food I recommend you order ahead and take your food to a more peaceful...
Read moreOrdered 2 whole chickens with 4 sides and a large salad with ranch. Tortillas included. Asked for all the salsas, which is 3 different types. Each chicken was cut and put in a container. We got two large rice, 1 beans and 1 coleslaw. Overall, the chicken was tasty and juicy. Btw, you can see the chicken being roasted via wood logs and not gas burners, which added flavor. The rice, beans, and tortillas were on point. The salsas were good. I never got to the salad, but it was your standard iceberg lettuce. All that fed 5 adults and 4 kids with leftovers. I recommend giving this place a try. I will be back when I have a rotisserie chicken kick and need to feed the entire family for well...
