BMC Pho — Restaurant in El Monte

I go to BMC Pho regularly, and it honestly feels like a second home by now. Today I had their beef and macaroni soup again — sounds like a simple dish, but they always make it special. The meat is tender, the pasta is perfectly cooked, and the broth is rich and flavorful, like something made at home. I come in and wait to be serviced, these people see me, but ignore me, not very professional and very poor customer service, I couldn't even place an order, very tragic indeed, these Asian employees and owners don't seem to realize or care that the area where they decided to have a business is quite diverse, Latino, Asian, Caucasians, black and they seem to only want to serve those like-minded. I would definitely like to know who the owner is and how this business has managed to stay in business. They seem intolerant, unfortunately I have encountered a particular treatment when I've gone into business that are of Asian persuasion. I've been here before a couple of times before and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt once more as I have had a bad and similar experience a couple years ago, I can honestly say nothing has changed since then. I enjoy the banhmi sandwiches but the drinks are horrible. I ordered 2 thai tea with no boba. I took one cup and sip it and the drink was wayyyy too sweet its like they dump alot of sugar into drink.(i drink thai tea from many boba shops and this one was way to sweet.) I ask the staff about it and ask if they can lower the sugar or add more milk and the staff refuses, then i said if cant then just switch it to milk tea and she also refuses then i ask for refund and she said no. So Im frustrated by the serivce. Other restaurants when there something you dont like they help fix it. But this establishment in el monte was bad. The lady didnt bother to help just said no cant do it. And i left with 2 bad drinks. Couldnt even get a refund. If the owner see this please do something about it. Or give...
