Valerie L. is a stand out because her smile and welcome brought me to old Italy, where everyone is treated like family. Cheerful, smiles, charm, and witty humor are a must in service and food. Valerie has mastered the art of Benvenido, mi casa es su casa!

Juan was the hardest working people person. He has tattoos on both arms and is a husky easy going professional. When he delivered the meals, he asked anything else you need, let me know. The younger kids did not offer the service that Juan offered. Cheers!

I’m so disappointed with our visit to shakeys at this location especially with the manager in charge! We decided to take out our kids for dinner to shakeys because they love the pizza it’s their favorite but NEVER again will we go back to this location, we understand that with the COVID pandemic things are very different, but this shakeys location is definitely not following safety precautions. When we got there we ordered and waited everything was fine but then we noticed our Order was taking long and we had already waited for about 45 minutes as soon as my husband was about to get up and ask about our order we noticed one of the servers was passing a pizza table to table with the customers touching the tray he then dropped his glove on the floor picked it up and put it back on, then grabbed the pizza took it to the back and then gave it to another customer they looked confused because they already received and ate their order he then takes the pizza again and leaves it in the back on the counter and prepares other orders he didn’t even toss it in the trash or even change his gloves and putting the pizza next to other customers orders after other customers touched it is so unsafe , (I wouldn’t be surprised if they used it for the next customer )after that then comes the manager to our table and Says that our order was given to the wrong table but clearly it was passed threw multiple customers With them touching the tray so unsanitary and not safe especially with COVID-19 she then rudely tell us that due to “safety precautions” They need to remake our order and we need to wait again, she didn’t even apologize or show that she even cared about the mistake they had made, didn’t offer anything for making us wait but not even an apology I couldn’t believe how rude she was. Me and my husband told her we want our money back because we were Not going to wait another 45 minutes our kids were hungry and had already been patient for the first 45 minutes, she then just walked away without saying anything to us she went straight to the register and still made us wait for us to get our money back, when my husband asked for her name because she didn’t have a name tag she wouldn’t even give out her name, she had an attitude, I understand what it’s like to work with customers and she definitely did not handle the situation correctly! We will DEFINITELY not go back to this location wouldn’t want to risk our safety and our children’s safety with them not handling safety...

I love Shakeys and their food you definitely can never go wrong. BUT today we came in and decided to add $30 to our kids playing card and we played with them and won a lot of tickets and when it was time for us to redeem the tickets half of the games we played and tickets we won were not even included in the total ticket count. We asked to see why our totals were not adding up they gave us a print out of the games we played and half of the games we played were not listed and the other half did not even give us the tickets we won!!!! They offered to refund the credits we used but my issue is how are little kids supposed to know they are missing tickets they wouldn’t we just happened to notice it because we were actually playing with our kids and winning them tickets they have a new system which should have improved their game area but in reality it’s just a SCAM!!!

Follow up the girl who attended us had switched our cards wi to another card that was there we had to speak with the manager and the manager found our original card and she resolved the issue we were right it went from us supposedly having 400 tickets to our actual card that had 830! The employee kept blaming my husband about having given her the wrong card when we only purchased 1 play card!!! Moral of the story take responsibility for...
