The experience that I had during my visit is absolutely inexcusable in every way imaginable. I had a simple order of four sliders and a double roast beef meal. There was no modifications whatsoever to the order, and I placed it on the app 15 minutes before going inside. There was absolutely no reason I should have been waiting for well over an hour to just have my order prepared, let alone corrected. At first the 15 minute wait became a 20 minute wait only to become a 60 minute wait. I didn't receive my food until beyond 8:00pm. Inside the restaurant was empty. No customers aside from a couple who walked in nearly half and hour after I originally got there. There was about 7-9 people in the back behind the register and preparing food. There's absolutely no excuse as to why this happened. First, I received a completely wrong order at the 30 minute mark. Then, I received a SECOND wrong order around 45 minutes. I'm a very patient and calm person, but my nerves were struck and I was on the very last one. I was nothing but polite, and I couldn't believe how little the management or team members cared. Read moreFirst off, I'd like to thank the person who took my order and the swift service I received. The food was good and I would recommend this location for that. However, I had been dining in at the location for 40 minutes before I picked up after myself, and was ready to use the restroom to wash my hands. It was only then that I saw that access codes were exclusively on the receipt, one I'd thrown out, unaware of this policy. Someone came out of the restroom, a manager, and closed the door behind him. I asked him if I could go in, to which he said to look at the receipt. I explained I'd thrown it out, and he said that the restroom is for customers only, clearly not noticing that I had been there for the better part of an hour. I explained that to him and was told there was nothing he could do to help, from a manager. That was 12:10 or so today, and there are cameras at this location. I just washed my hands at a nearby restaurant, but this really soured my experience, especially on such a slow day when school is out of session (the entire reason, I imagine, they have such a system in place). Read moreTerrible experience. This Arby's is supposed to close at 11pm and since it was after 10 pm I drove all the way to this location to get Arby's since my wife and son had a craving for it. Got there at 10:45 pm, walked into the lobby to order and they were cleaning and shutting everything down. A shift manager told me they were closed very unapologetic and questioned how I got in, the lobby apparently closes at 9 pm. I asked him why they were closed since they are supposed to be open until 11pm, he was extremely annoyed and said they were closed and they had to start cleaning the restaurant. I told him they should start cleaning at 11pm but he just said there's nothing they could do, they were closed. I told him I was going to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager, so then I told him the owner. He said he didn't care and started walking away.
